CNN Finally Reports On Certifi-Gate--And Gets It All Wrong!

This story ran on CNN on December 5, 2008. It is a report on the case of Leo C. Donofrio v. New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells, which seeks a ruling that Obama is ineligible to serve as President of the United States due to his failure to meet the "Natural Born Citizen" criteria defined in Article II Section 1 of The Constitution.
     CNN manages to get almost every detail wrong. It even describes the "Certificate of Live Birth," which Hawaii issues even to foreign-born children, as a "Birth Certificate," which it is not. We have already shown extensive proof on our Certifi-Gate Page that this "document" is a poorly-done forgery, and even if it were not, it is not legally sufficient to prove "Natural Born" citizenship.
