It's an old truism that the oppressed will emulate their oppressors at their earliest opportunity (or, as the late Steve Allen put it in an address to a Chinese audience, "Under Capitalism, man exploits man; under Communism, it's the other way around").
     In November, we saw centuries of white racism swept aside, allowing Obama to prevail in a clearly color-blind vote on the part of the majority. Regrettably, such appears not to be the case in certain segments of the minority community. Last month, in my interview with Dr. Douglas Schell, Chair Of Democratic Disaster, I discussed an event I witnessed on July 2, 1964, the date the Civil Rights Act was signed into law, wherein a group of young black children, thinking that the law turned the then-state of race relations upside-down, violently attacked an elderly caucasian woman, screaming "You used to be on top -- we're on top now!"
     How that horrific misunderstanding is being played out now in segments of the electorate is detailed wonderfully in Lynn Stuter's article, "The Mentality Of The Obama Voter," which we present below.
     The growing convergence of Certif-Gate and the Blago-Sphere-of-Influence controversy, as I predicted last week, is becoming more and more apparent. Barack Obama, who promised to be a model of transparency, has three law firms on retainer to avoid having to produce his birth certificate. Yesterday, his staff did a "document dump" about his contacts with Blagojevich and his people. The "document dump" technique is normally employed on national holidays, long weekends, or times when the news media is understaffed or preoccupied with something else, so as to claim information was released, but to do so when that very information is likely to be ignored because our "watchdogs" in the mainstream media (which has largely degenerated in to a rip-and-read public relations service for the far left) are home fighting with their families over who gets the drumstick or whether it's safe for Uncle Leo to be left alone with the children.
     The "internal review," conducted by Obama's lawyers, says that neither Obama or anyone close to him suspected that the governor might be trying to sell his Senate seat. I knew nothing! I saw nothing! NOTHING, Herr Kommandant! Shades of Sergeant Schultz. Nothing to see here, move along now, move along.
     How do you think the press would have reacted to such a situation had John McCain won the Presidency? "Keep the cranberries cold and the giblets hot, Matilda! I'm off on a quest for the truth!"
     It's 15 days until the Supreme Court has another chance to do the right thing and actually uphold the Constitution. Unless I'm very wrong, they won't. Our only consolation is that, with the number of centrists the usurper-in-chief is selecting to serve in his regime -- I mean, administration -- it's becoming apparent that he conned the lefties, too. If revenge for a rich person is "living well," then consolation for a strict constructionist is watching the electorate vote for Che Guevara and seeing them end up with Herbert Hoover. (Wasn't he president at the start of the last Depression?) Mwah-ha-ha-haha!

The mainstream media--always attentive to the crying needs of the U.S. Supreme Court for those objective, unbiased facts necessary to make "correct" decisions on matters of importance--continues to either (a) ignore the substantive citizenship issue; (b) denigrate and trivialize the "tinfoil hat" nature of those who would have the temerity to even question Obama's citizenship; or (c) do some not-so-stealth amicus curiae ("friend of the court") briefing, camouflaged as "reporting," assuring everyone that Obama is, in fact, a natural born citizen ...

The probability that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible to the office of president as he is not a natural-born citizen as required by Article II, Section 1, United States Constitution, grows with each passing day that he refuses to produce his vault copy Hawaii birth certificate. For a man who promised open government and transparency during his campaign, Obama has spent an inordinate amount of money and time trying to keep from having to produce his vault copy Hawaii birth certificate ...

Today, we present an article from the Indianapolis Star describing a suit filed against Gov. Mitch Daniels and the Republican and Democratic national committees. The problem is, the article, by Tim Evans, is full of errors. It falsely states that, "[d]uring the campaign, Obama released a copy of his birth certificate." He did not. What he released was a "Certificate of Live Birth," which Hawaii issues to those children for whom proper documentation for issuance of a Birth Certificate was not submitted -- such as foreign-born children. It also says that "his birth was reported in The Honolulu Advertiser newspaper." That's true enough, but he does not state that a check of those who resided in the neighborhood at that time by private investigator Jorge Baro revealed that no one knew of the family. It was 1961, a regrettable time in our history when a black child being born to a white woman would have had all the tongues in the neighborhood wagging, and no one knew of them. He also says, "The dispute about Obama's citizenship has been addressed by the nonpartisan group factcheck.org." Non-partisan my gluteus maximus. Factcheck.org is owned by the Annenberg Foundation, which has given millions of dollars to Obama and terrorist William Ayers.
     Such sloppy journalism by those who imagine themselves to be the fourth branch of government is rampant throughout the mainstream media. Even Brit Hume of Fox News, normally a stickler for accuracy, fell prey to this, having made essentially the same statement a couple of weeks ago on Special Report, before his recent retirement as anchor.
     At the bottom of the article, it says, "Call Star reporter Tim Evans at (317) 444-6204." Sounds like an invitation. RSVP, anyone? If you call, and should Evans dismiss The March Report as just another "blog," you might tell him that The March Report Daily Alert's circulation is double that of the Indianapolis Star; then, time the silence.

Reporter Gets It All Wrong--AND DOESN'T CARE
I spoke with Tim Evans of the Indianapolis Star at 20:05 GMT today, to offer him the opportunity to rebut my review of his article. He declined, as I expected he would, but I then asked for the opportunity to tell him what he got wrong.
     He agreed, and as I did so, he revealed not only that he knew he had it wrong, but that he didn't care. He got very nervous, and abruptly terminated the call. The call could be characterized as "We retort, you deride."

Gov. Mitch Daniels and the Republican and Democratic national committees are named as defendants in the Indiana suit, filed by Steve Ankeny and Bill Kruse. These new suits take a slightly different tack than earlier, unsuccessful suits that typically have been tossed by the courts. The new suits challenge the governor and political parties for failing to uphold the Constitution when they certified the results of the election. ...

The dispute about Obama's citizenship is based on the United States Constitution, Article II Section 1: "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." Barack Obama is supposedly a Constitutional Lawyer, yet he seems unwilling to comply with the Constitution.
     We may now know exactly why no one in authority seems to care much about the Constitution: it may not be around much longer. If reports are to be believed, Mr. Obama intends to go full speed ahead with the creation of The North American Union, a fusion of Canada, the United States, and Mexico into a conglomeration similar to the European Union. Why obey a once-sacred document that's about to be scrapped anyway?
     Below, we present an article by Lt. Col. USAF Joe Kress (Ret) which discusses this, and in today's Books section, we present Jerome Corsi's latest book, "The Late Great U.S.A.: The Coming Merger With Mexico and Canada" and the book that proposed The North American Union: "Toward a North American Community: Lessons from the Old World for the New."
     For the record, various and sundry American officials have debunked The North American Union concept, dismissing it as an urban legend. "There is no secret plan to create a North American Union, or a common currency, or to intrude on the sovereignty of any of the partner nations," said U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez. Of the founding members of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, American president George W. Bush, then Canadian prime minister Paul Martin and then Mexican president Vicenté Fox, only Fox has openly supported the concept.
     Kress says "Tons of ameros have already been shipped to China this month. The amero is meant to cut the value of the dollar as a means to solve the debt problem," yet the American Government has denied that a single amero has been minted. Maybe they're paper.
     Meanwhile, the gutless wonders of the Supreme Court continue to punt on the Certifi-Gate issue, scheduling a hearing to Stay Electoral Vote Count by Congress until after that count has already taken place, at which point they will probably declare the issue moot. It will be moot only because of their own scheduling, which was done so that they could declare it moot.
     Thomas Jefferson once said, "In questions of power then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution." Meanwhile, The Supremes sing "Unchain My Heart."
     Benjamin Franklin said, "A nation of well informed men who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of ignorance that tyranny begins." Meanwhile, the American People say "Duh!"
     Finally, John Adams said, "Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself." And so, in the first decade of the 21st century, American Democracy finally dies an inglorious death.

His next item on the agenda is to make sure that this country's borders will remain open just as the Bush Administration did and the merging of the New American Union of Canada, the U.S. and Mexico will proceed with a creation of a new currency called the amero. Here he supports the Bush agreement that was made in a secret meeting in Texas with the Prime Minister of Canada and the President of Mexico to sell out the sovereignty of the U.S. ...

Today, we're running articles by Lynn Stuter. Jerry McConnell and the Rev. Dr. Clenard H. Childress, Jr. on the Certifi-Gate issue in the possibly vain hope that someone in authority will take this issue seriously and act on it.
     At the request of Dr. Douglas W. Schell, we're posting his "Open Letter To All U.S. Senators," which calls for Barack Obama to step down on January 8, 2009. It is well reasoned, logical, and faultless in its presentation of the relevant facts. Unfortunately, I don't believe it will do any good. I sincerely hope I'm wrong, but at this moment, I don't think I am.
     We're also running an article by Jerome R. Corsi that reveals that William Miceli, an attorney for convicted fundraiser Tony Rezko, is the owner of record of the Obama family mansion. Why are we putting this in the Certifi-Gate section? Remember that, after years of failed attempts to get Al Capone for his criminal activities, the Feds finally got him on Income Tax Evasion. I've said several times that I expect Certifi-Gate and the Blago-Sphere-of-Influence stories to converge. This is the beginning of that unholy union.
     Barack Obama is legally ineligible to serve as President, but since no one seems to be willing to deal with that, we may have to settle for his impeachment for corruption after he is illegally sworn in.

How else can you describe someone who can stand up to the entire citizenry of this great country of three hundred million residents and when asked to do something, simply say that he won't do it? When Joe the Plumber was discovered to have a small back-tax problem, the mainstream media descended on him like avenging angels, raining fire and vengeance. Now that Timothy Geithner has been discover to have failed to pay $34,000 in self employment taxes (until he needed to for confirmation P.R.), the media sings Kumbaya. This illustrates the degree to which the self-appointed fourth estate has abandoned any pretense of journalistic credibility with anything relating to Obama.
     Our Constitution, that sacred piece of parchment which is our only protection against despotism, that sacred piece of parchment that Mr. Obama tramples on daily by his refusal to 'fess-up' to the fact that he does not meet the Constitution's requirements to serve in the office of President, guarantees freedom of the press. Our founders wisely realized that secrecy in high places was the enemy of Democracy, and thus established the First Amendment, which requires that Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press. They did not envision a time when we might need freedom from the press.
     Those of us who have exposed the man behind the curtain, Barry Soetoro, who now calls himself Barrack Hussein Obama and has usurped the highest office in the land, have been ridiculed and abused by those whose duty it is to seek out and expose the truth. A recent AOL poll shows that 52% of the public believes that the question of Obama's qualifications should be investigated, but the fourth estate puts its collective fingers in its ears.
     Had you read anything anywhere about the attempted impeachment of then-Senator Obama by the citizens of Illinois? The impeachment petition alleged that "Senator Barack Obama is an admitted illegal drug user and is believed to have used illegal drugs as recently as November 1999 or more recently. Mr. Obama has maintained contact with other admitted illegal drug users." It further alleged that Obama was compelled to return an estimated $250,000 in donations related to Tony Rezko; that Obama received an $8,000 per month "legal retainer" from Robert Blackwell for a total of $112,000 and reported the income through his law firm in a manner not unlike money laundering; that Obama, along with Obama campaign manager Dan Shomon, procured $320,000 in state grants for Blackwell's company Killerspin. Blackwell companies contributed over $32,000 to the Obama campaign in 2007; that Obama conspired with Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko and Rod Blogojevich to rig the committee and was rewarded with campaign contributions. The new members appointed included 3 doctors who contributed to Mr. Obama. On April 21, 2004, Stuart Levine explicitly advised Dr. Robert Weinstein, who is now indicted, of Tony Rezko's role in manipulating the Planning Board's vote; that a complaint has been filed with the Bar Association of Illinois alleging that Mr. Obama did not answer truthfully all questions on the application to the bar; and that Obama violated the stated intention of his 2006 Official Government Visa to Africa by publicly propagandizing for his cousin, Railla Odinga against the US democratic ally of Kenya. While the stated "mission" of Senator Obama's Official Visa, according to the Kenya Office of Public Communications, was to "nurture relations between the Continent and the United States" he, instead, made public protest before Kenya citizens to rally against their leadership, invoking a need for "change." Have you heard any of this from the mainstream media? Of course not!
     Obama's corruption makes Rod Blogojevich look like a rank amateur, yet the collective mainstream media lauds his inauguration. Don't get me started about the inauguration! The MSM whooped and howled at the cost of the Bush inauguration, but lauds or remains mute about the nearly-quadruple cost of the Obama charade, supposedly paid for with private funds, such as fund coming from the banks like CitiCorp using bailout funds provided by us to swear in a fraud who will swear to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States," lying through his teeth as he does so.
     Ignore the television and newspapers. Get your news here, from someone who tells the truth. It will be a refreshing change.

A 'ceremonial' meeting between a president elect and justices of the Supreme Court is somewhat traditional. HOWEVER, in this instance, it's flat out wrong. Chief Justice Roberts has cases on the docket where Obama is the defendant or is the subject of the litigation. Roberts and the other eight justices have already held two 'Distribution for Conferences' on the Donofrio and Wrotnoski cases on Obama's citizenship ineligibility. They just turned away one of Phil Berg's cases a few days ago; that one is still in the Third Circuit. Tomorrow is the fourth case; another from Phil Berg ...

Barack Obama has never created or helped to pass any significant legislation; he has never run a business or spent time serving in the military. Yet he proposes to pull this country out of the worst economic downturn it has seen in recent years all the while "we the people" don't even know where he was actually born or if his name is Barry or Barack ...

Real journalists would be asking what Obama is covering up instead of supporting his secrecy. Real journalists wouldn't be surprised that many suspect Obama is covering up a major problem such as the possibility he wasn't born in the U.S. ...

Increasingly, it seems that he just may. As lawsuits against President-elect Barack Hussein Obama -- questioning his US citizenship -- continue to grow, he ever more adamantly continues his refusal to produce his real, viable and original birth certificate. Note: Obama's supposed Hawaiian birth certificate is issued to those born outside of the USA who move to Hawaii. In fact, Hawaii issues "Certifications of Live Birth" to those who are foreign born. This is the same document that Obama and his team claim is his birth certificate. ...

The supporters of Barack Obama fit the "Useful Idiot," paradigm to a tee. Their ignorance was created, manipulated and compounded by an obsessive media blanket of support for Obama. The Mainstream Media, et.al. voluntarily forfeited any remaining journalistic integrity they had and became a tool of the Obama Politiboro. The Mainstream Media, now the U.S. version of Pravda, viciously attacked anyone criticizing Obama, ignored a myriad of questionable associations of Obama, abandoned the First Amendment and actively promoted lies and misinformation about anyone not rabidly pro Obama ...

The notion of Hope and Change has overwhelmed Rep. José Serrano to the point that he just can't stand to see Barack Obama limited to two terms in office. Never mind the fact that Obama has yet to start his first term, and no one knows yet whether he'd get re-elected in 2012. Maybe it's that New Deal vibe; Serrano may want to prepare the way for a more tangible comparison between Obama and FDR in 2016 and 2020 ...

DON'T TRUST, BUT DO VERIFY.
In yesterday's Certifi-Gate column, I lamented the fact that our Founders did not envision the notion that someday, we might need freedom from the press. As if on queue, I got an e-mail from one of these ill-informed, self-appointed guardians of what we have a right to think, that perfectly illustrates the attitude of the mainstream media towards those of us who have taken the time to investigate whether or not Barack Obama is legally qualified to be President, and discovered that he is not.
     David Birdwell, Nation/World Editor of The Seattle Times replied to a press release we sent out, saying "The courts have ruled repeatedly that your cause has no merit. The Hawaii Department of Health has declared Obama's birth certificate valid. I'm not interested in further publicizing your propaganda."
     The fact of the matter is that no court, anywhere, has done any such thing, despite what you may have read in the MSM. Not one court anywhere has said that Obama meets the qualifications of Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution. NOT ONE. Please see the chart of cases here, supplied by AmericaMustKnow.com.
     What the courts have done, repeatedly, is dismiss suits for "lack of standing," "lack of jurisdiction," or "failure to show harm" which is basically a discrete way of "punting." The courts thus far -- every single one of them -- have essentially been playing a game of hot potato, neither ruling nor not ruling, but rather saying to each plaintiff, "you have no right to ask." Each court has found the potato too hot to handle, and tossed it back.
     Given that the usurper-in-chief, who, in light of the move to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment to the United States Constitution, which requires that "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice," would presume to be our new Caesar, or more accurately, "Seizer," has been deified by the SOBS ("Soetoro Obama Brainless Stormtroopers") as a result of his positioning himself as a mirror in whom his vassals see reflected back all of their hopes, wishes, and dreams, he has nowhere to go but down. The potato will eventually cool sufficiently that someone in authority will finally expose him, and demand that he produce valid credentials.
     Obama has already spent in excess of one million dollars, using three top-knotch law firms, to avoid being compelled to produce a document that you and I must produce routinely to get a driver's license. Virtually every document about Obama's life has been placed under seal (go to ancestry.com and try to find it; you'll find dozens of entries about his father's obituary, and many birth certificates of other Obamas, but no record of any kind about "Seizer" himself).

If there's nothing to hide, why hide it?
Birdwell's contention that "The Hawaii Department of Health has declared Obama's birth certificate valid" is also categorically incorrect. What Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome and Alvin Onaka, Hawaii's Registrar of Vital Statistics, actually said was that they "have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate." So, what's the difference?
     Hawaii issues two kinds of documents relative to births: a Certificate of Live Birth and a Certification of Live Birth; Obama has the latter. A Certificate of Birth is an actual Birth Certificate, signed by the attending physician, while a Certification of Live Birth is simply a computer-printout of unverified data that Hawaii has on file regarding a birth. Even the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands will not accept a Certification of Live Birth to apply for a Hawaiian home lands homestead lease. Their website states "In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL" (emphasis added). This does not even taken into account the fact that we have presented irrefutable proof that the Certification of Live Birth presented by Obama's "Fight the Smears" site, and Daily KOS, is a poorly-done forgery, and compelling evidence as to who did the forging.
     "Seizer's" birth certificate was placed under seal by Hawaii's Democratic Governor, Linda Lingle last October. According to Joseph Corsi of World Net Daily, she "instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances." Why?
     Obama's own family has named two different hospitals in Hawaii as being "Seizer's" birthplace; neither has any record of it. No staffer at either hospital has any recollection of it; this, at a disgraceful time in America's history when a mixed-race birth would have been the talk of the town. Why?
     When John McCain's eligibility was challenged, he immediately ordered the release of all relevant documents. If he had stonewalled, as "Seizer" has done, how do you think David Birdwell and his fellow MSM birdbrains would have reacted?
     Journalism 101 is simply this: ASK WHY, AND KEEP ASKING UNTIL YOU FIND OUT WHY. WHEN AND IF YOU ARE FINALLY TOLD WHY, DON'T TRUST, BUT VERIFY. The March Report has done so, and we have found out why. Barack Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen, as defined by Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution, which states that "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." If you are among those who feel that this clause is outdated, the proper way to deal with this is by the Amendment process, not by ignoring it.
     Read the Constitution yourself. Steep yourself in it. It is all we have to protect us from rule by a despot, a would-be "Seizer." DON'T believe me, or Birdbrain -- I mean, Birdwell, or anyone else. Check the facts yourself. Read and objectively evaluate reports from those with whom you disagree, not just those with whom you agree. Don't assume the first version of a story you hear is correct, auditing all other data against that, as most people do.
     The March Report got into the game late, because we, like the MSM, initially found the Certifi-Gate story too incredible to believe. After all, how could one of the major political parties fail to have done something as simple as verifying their candidate's eligibility? Why didn't Hillary Clinton use this against him? As we received tip after tip after tip, we decided to check it out, fully expecting to assure our readers that the story was unfounded. We were shocked when we discovered that the opposite was true.
     David Birdwell (and the rest of the MSM) hasn't even bothered to do that. This self-appointed paragon of truth, who presumes to dismiss and ridicule those of us who actually practice real journalism, rather than simply passing on press releases and talking points from the DNC, all the while expecting to get a Pulitzer for it, is like the Emperor who had no clothes. Let's have a look at The Seattle Times, shall we, and see what brand of "journalism" they practice.
     On Wednesday's editorial page, they ran a piece called "As Gaza Bleeds," which states that "leadership and restraint by Israel is overdue," while making no mention of the years of bombings Israel has absorbed. In Israel, every day is September 11. How did we react when it happened to us once?
     Read the comments left by their readers, who assail this asinine opinion piece. An evaluation of the Nation/World Section of the paper's website shows almost exclusively syndicated content from left-leaning sources. Now, there is nothing wrong with using syndicated content; we do it ourselves, having syndication arrangements with over 300 media outlets, but for every story we post, we evaluate several versions from multiple sources, and run only the best, most accurate versions. Sometimes, where the truth is not clear, or more than one story is needed to convey it, we even run contradictory versions of the same story, so that we can present our readers with all the facts, and let them make their own decision. The Seattle Times appears to be a left-leaning rip-and-print operation. Mr. Birdwell would be well advised to evaluate sources beyond only the Associated Press and the Washington Post. Those are both fine organizations, but they do not have a monopoly on truth.
     Obviously, David Birdwell needs to be educated on exactly what journalism is. Clearly, he has no idea. He is content to simply say, Hail, "Seizer."

The American Revolution was based on the credo of "No Taxation without Representation." Yet, as a legally-unqualified faux-President is about to be sworn in, court after court after court have told us that we have "no standing" to demand that the man who presumes to lead us prove that he is legally eligible to do so.
     Everyone assumes that the The Constitution grants The Supreme Court the authority of final arbitration as to what is and is not Constitutional, but nothing could be further from the truth; The Constitution says nothing of the sort. It was not until 1801, in the case of Marbury v. Madison, that Chief Justice John Marshall made a bold power-grab that stands until this day, being the first to declare something "unconstitutional."
     When the 16th amendment (the "Income Tax" Amendment) was first debated, there was a call to include a 10% maximum rate in the Amendment; that was shot down, for fear that it would imply that the tax might someday be permitted to rise to that "ungodly" level. We all know what has happened since. Similarly, when the Constitution was first drafted, it was assumed that it would be obvious to everyone that any questions of Constitutionality would be decided by a joint session of Congress. It was so obvious, that it was never encoded into law. That left Marshall his opening, and he grabbed it.
     Bad cases make bad law, and Marbury v. Madison, was a bad case. The problem is, after the 17th Amendment, which provided for the election of Senators by popular vote, rather than being appointed by State Governors, the Senate has become just as politicized as the House of Representatives. Thus, we would be even worse off if the founders original, unencoded vision persisted. Even Alexander Hamilton struggled with this, as he described in The Federalist Papers No. 78: "If it be said that the legislative body are themselves the constitutional judges of their own powers, and that the construction they put upon them is conclusive upon the other departments, it may be answered, that this cannot be the natural presumption, where it is not to be collected from any particular provisions in the Constitution. [emphasis added] It is not otherwise to be supposed, that the Constitution could intend to enable the representatives of the people to substitute their will to that of their constituents. It is far more rational to suppose, that the courts were designed to be an intermediate body between the people and the legislature, in order, among other things, to keep the latter within the limits assigned to their authority. The interpretation of the laws is the proper and peculiar province of the courts. A constitution is, in fact, and must be regarded by the judges, as a fundamental law. It, therefore, belongs to them to ascertain its meaning, as well as the meaning of any particular act proceeding from the legislative body. If there should happen to be an irreconcilable variance between the two, that which has the superior obligation and validity ought, of course, to be preferred; or, in other words, the Constitution ought to be preferred to the statute, the intention of the people to the intention of their agents."
     Yet, our current Supreme Court appears to be made up of weasels unable to live up to this sacred duty. In case after case after case wherein Obama's eligibility has been challenged, they've ducked the issue. Contrary to press reports, that matter is not dead, nor has it even been ruled on. There are several cases pending, awaiting the Nine Supremes in their unaccesorized black gowns summoning the spirit of the late Rube Goldberg to come up with yet another reason not to rule.
     Paraphrasing Jerome Horowitz, better known as "Curly Howard" of the Three Stooges, "I'm a victim of circumstance," that circumstance being the cowardice of anyone and everyone in authority to deal with this matter one way or the other. Either he's qualified or not, and everyone who would be ruled by this "President" has standing.
     I've been toying with an idea. Given that, according to the most recent poll, over 50% of us believe that there is something suspect about Obama's eligibility, what if we ALL withheld our Federal taxes. I'm not saying don't pay them. I'm saying, what if we held them in escrow, refusing to turn them over to the Federal Government until such time as Obama proves he is legally qualified to serve as POTUS.
     Read that again. I'm NOT saying, "Let's do this." I'm saying, "Let's discuss this." I don't know if this is a good idea or not. I'd love to hear from a few lawyers as to how this could be made to work, while minimizing legal jeopardy to everyone participating, in order to get maximum participation. After all, it's not as if they can prosecute 151,912,320 of us.

Symbolism is where you find it. In last night's HBO broadcast of the Lincoln Memorial Inauguration Concert, over Obama's screen-left shoulder, a child slept through all of the proceedings, much as the mainstream media and the left have slept through the Certifi-Gate scandal. Young skulls full of mush turned out in record numbers and voted their ignorance, because they assumed the undefined "change" that Obama promised was the change they envisioned, to the degree that they could envision anything. Conservatives, opposed to McCain's nomination and revolted by his bumbling response to the financial crisis stayed at home and sat on their hands, thus bringing about the end of our Constitutional Democracy.
    Both in this section, and in the "Rants and Raves" section, you've read references I have made to Marxist Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals." Most of you have never heard of these, and a few have asked for a full explanation of the "Rules." Here goes:

1. Power is not only what you have, but what an opponent thinks you have. If your organization is small, hide your numbers in the dark and raise a din that will make everyone think you have many more people than you do.
2. Never go outside the experience of your people. The result is confusion, fear, and retreat.
3. Whenever possible, go outside the experience of an opponent. Here you want to cause confusion, fear, and retreat.
4. Make opponents live up to their own book of rules. "You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity."
5. Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. It's hard to counterattack ridicule, and it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.
6. A good tactic is one your people enjoy. "If your people aren't having a ball doing it, there is something very wrong with the tactic."
7. A tactic that drags on for too long becomes a drag. Commitment may become ritualistic as people turn to other issues.
8. Keep the pressure on. Use different tactics and actions and use all events of the period for your purpose. "The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this that will cause the opposition to react to your advantage."
9. The threat is more terrifying than the thing itself. When Alinsky leaked word that large numbers of poor people were going to tie up the washrooms of O'Hare Airport, Chicago city authorities quickly agreed to act on a longstanding commitment to a ghetto organization. They imagined the mayhem as thousands of passengers poured off airplanes to discover every washroom occupied. Then they imagined the international embarrassment and the damage to the city's reputation.
10. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative. Avoid being trapped by an opponent or an interviewer who says, "Okay, what would you do?"
11. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it. Don't try to attack abstract corporations or bureaucracies. Identify a responsible individual. Ignore attempts to shift or spread the blame.

     Alinsky also taught that "The enemy properly goaded and guided in his reaction will be your major strength." The gut reaction of most non-socialists reading this is something akin to "Why, that's outrageous!" No, it's not. What it is is good marketing, and it's about time we started using it.
     The only person on the right who seems to understand this is Rush Limbaugh. Love him or hate him, he's masterful at it, and he has done more to affect real "change" than any politician, right or left. That's why even his closest wannabes are merely popular talk show hosts, while he has a following of true believers.
     Those of us who want to preserve The United States of America as the Constitutional Republic that it is, or at least was until noon today, need to learn from the playbook of our opponents, improve upon it, and use the resulting tactical plan to defeat them.
     Sun Tzu wrote in the Art of War, an immensely influential treatise on military tactics that is still in use throughout the world today (even at Command and General Staff College, of The Department of the Army in the United States, and by the fictional Tony Soprano), said "All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near."
     So, what does any of this have to do with the Certfi-Gate Scandal, which today has become a bloodless coup? By means of Alinsky's Rules and Sun-Tzu's stratagems, the campaigns of those who could have prevented this travesty were rendered impotent.
     "The enemy properly goaded and guided in his reaction will be your major strength." Any time anyone said anything to challenge Obama's qualifications, his philosophy, and his plans were neutered by accusations of racism. Ever since the 1960s, any accusation of anything at all against a black person have been retorted by the statement, "It's because I'm black!" Even Richard Pryor made fun of this in his act, celebrating it as he did so.
     Sun Tzu taught, "Though the enemy be stronger in numbers, we may prevent him from fighting. Scheme so as to discover his plans and the likelihood of their success." After publicly committing to accept federal funding for his general election campaign, Obama broke his word after McCain committed to federal funding (and it's associated limits), leaving McCain with less than a third of Obama's warchest, much of which came from illegal foreign contributions. Despite this sucker-punch, McCain was well on his way to defeating Obama until the artificially orchestrated financial meltdown.
     "Thus one who is skillful at keeping the enemy on the move maintains deceitful appearances, according to which the enemy will act. He sacrifices something, that the enemy may snatch at it." Last-minute program trading, orchestrated by powerful pro-Obama forces, torpedoed our economy. John McCain took an apparently bold step, suspending his campaign to deal with the crisis, and invited Obama to do likewise. When Obama refused, and would make no comment on the bailout, he looked weak and indecisive to everyone except the MSM and the Obaminions. But then, incomprehensibly, McCain did nothing to stop the disgraceful "bailout," that threw billions of dollars at corrupt financiers that has done nothing to resolve the problems, and, in so doing, turned what could have been a master-stroke into a proclamation of incompetence.
     Socialism and Capitalism cannot co-exist; they are like matter and anti-matter: they annihilate each other. After having defeated Communism in the East, and with virtually every socialist government in the world turning towards capitalism, we are now well on the road to becoming a socialist state, completing a journey we began under Franklin Delano Roosevelt. This irony would not be lost on Karl Marx who, when he published the Communist Manifesto in 1848, saw his grand vision as unfolding in the United States, not Eastern Europe.
     The 10 Planks of the Communist Manifesto are as follows:

1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
3. Abolition of all right of inheritance.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
6. Centralisation of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
8. Equal liability of all to labour. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equal distribution of the population over the country.
10. Free education for all children in public schools. Combination of education with industrial production, &c., &c.

     Any of this sound familiar? Of course it does ... It's the change you voted for, comrade. Trouble is, you haven't thought it through. Marx himself ridiculed those whom he called the "socialistic bourgeois," saying that they "want all the advantages of modern social conditions without the struggles and dangers necessarily resulting therefrom."
     That is why it is so vital that we save our Constitution from the "useful idiots" now in power. That is why it is so vital that Obama be compelled to prove his legal qualifications to serve as POTUS, or be removed from office.
     Those of you who imagine that four years of Obama will result in a new resurgence of Reaganism are living in a dream world. There is already a serious move on to repeal the 22nd Amendment, which declares that "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice." Obama and his minions have designs on the White House of longer than 4 or 8 years duration.
     Perhaps some enterprising silk-screen printer could craft some black arm-bands, with an image of the Constitution on them, so we can all display our mourning for the death, after a long illness, of the document that made us free. This could be the beginning of our own marketing campaign, using Alinsky's Rules and Sun Tzu's stratagems, to take back America from those who see themselves as proletariat revolutionaries, while they travel in private jets and buy carbon credits.

No documentation is required. Everyone should understand and KNOW the answer to the question of what country is the country of which Obama was a natural born citizen. It is IMPOSSIBLE for Barry Obama, Barry Soetoro, or Barack Hussein Obama II, to be a natural born United States citizen. Obama can NOT POSSIBLY be a "natural born citizen" of the U. By Congress illegally certifying an ineligible person for President they have violated their oath to defend the American Constitution. They have proven that the highest oath they can promise to, means nothing to them. Their word, their promises, their oaths, their agreements and the existence of their lives are totally worthless to an honest society. January 22, 2009--Day 2 of America in Captivity, under the yoke of an illegal "president."
     When Barack Obama announced his selection of running mate, he flubbed it, and began to introduce Joe Biden as "the next President of the United States," before correcting himself. At the inauguration, both Supreme Court Chief Justice John Glover Roberts, Jr. and Obama the unflappable "flubbed" the oath of office, leaving the Constitutionally-required oath unspoken. We have both video and audio recordings of the legally-insufficient oath posted here, but did anyone happen to record the "retaking" of the oath that is alleged to have occurred privately in the Map Room at the White House on Wednesday night?

LATE UPDATE: After we posted this, an audio recording of oath-redux was released. AFTER we posted this. Was this recorded at the event, or later? Borrowing from the tag-line of the old "Beatlemania" ad campaign, "Was it the oath, or an incredible simulation?" Is this indicative of the growing influence of The March Report, or just another coincidence? I ask only out of an abundance of caution (while suppressing a smirk ... unsuccessfully).

    No matter, according to Fox News: "Obama then repeated the oath in the incorrect order. His presidency is unaffected, however. In the unlikely event he'd be challenged as president, the case ultimately would end up in Roberts' court." AIN'T THAT THE TRUTH! In fact, it's one of the few true things the mainstream media has said about the whole Certifi-Gate debacle. An inside joke, perhaps? Based on what's happened thus far in the Supreme Court, Rube Goldberg should be Chief Justice.
     According to the Washington Times, "Twelve people were in the room, including the president. From the White House staff: White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, White House Counsel Greg Craig, senior adviser David Axelrod, and the official White House photographer Pete Souza. Katie Lillie, an advance staffer who assists the press, also was present with a small pool of reporters from the St. Petersberg Times, Bloomberg, the Associated Press and Reuters." Yeah, but did anyone record it, or is this going to be another in the many Obama stories we're supposed to take on faith. Reuters posted a video story about the re-take, which we're running below, but there is no audio or video of it in the story.
     No matter whether he took the oath correctly or not, he's not legally eligible to serve, so he could have recited the lyrics to The Good Ship Lollipop, he still would not be President.
     According to the Twentieth Amendment to the Constitution, Joe Biden is President, because Barack Obama does not meet the eligibility requirements established by Article II Section 1 of the Constitution.
     At the risk of sounding like a conspiracy nut, I'm beginning to wonder if all of these are coincidences. Is Barack Obama just a front man? Is Joe Biden the Wizard of Oz's "man behind the curtain," to whom we are supposed to pay no attention at all? Was Jill Biden's "slip" on Oprah Winfrey's show the other day not an accident at all, but a declaration for "those who have eyes to see and ears to hear" that Biden is the one calling the shots.
     Joe Biden ran for President several times and failed. Between his proneness for "gaffes" and lack of television presence, he could never win. Is Obama his straw man? It is well past time that America had a black President, and the voters were ready to elect one. That's why Hillary Clinton's "inevitable" candidacy faltered; after all, their respective platforms were virtually identical. Obama is telegenic, an excellent public speaker, and, at least in terms of how he presents himself to the public, the personification of the American Dream; the problem is, he is not a Natural Born Citizen, as required by the Constitution. His occupancy of the office of President is illegal, moot, null and void. Legally, Joe Biden is President; Obama is merely "Captain Dunsel," as Commodore Robert Wesley described Captain Kirk in "The Ultimate Computer" episode of Star Trek: "a part that serves no useful purpose."
     In my interview with Phil Berg last week, he wondered aloud if Obama was being blackmailed, based on his cabinet picks being so alien to expectations. Perhaps they are, or perhaps he's just faking to the right, to disarm the opposition; but, I can't help but notice that they're just the people Joe Biden would have picked. Those of you who are now convinced that I've completely lost my mind: humor me for a few seconds. Let's pretend that Joe Biden was openly elected to the Presidency. Who would he have picked for his cabinet? Pretty much the people who have been picked. What policies would President Biden have telegraphed to the press? Pretty much those policies that have been telegraphed to the press.
     So, let's all congratulate President Biden, while encouraging Phil Berg et al. to continue their efforts. And, pay no attention to that man behind the teleprompter -- he's The Great and Powerful Ob!

Thus far, the Supreme Court has not shown the courage to rule on any of the Certifi-Gate cases it has been presented with. They've simply swatted at them as if they were swarming pigeons engaged in target practice. Will Oprah Winfrey show more courage than the Supremes?
     Oprah has previously shown the courage to admit when she was wrong. She has publicly repudiated authors whom she had previously promoted, when the claims in their books turned out to be fraudulent. Oprah Winfrey was one of the most effective celebrity promoters of Barack Obama, and Obama's claims have also turned out to be fraudulent. Would she expose him, if fully acquainted with the facts?
     We may soon find out. Phil Berg has sent a letter to Ms. Winfrey, as a follow-up to one he sent in November, accompanied by ample documentation proving that Obama does not meet the eligibility requirements of Article II Section 1 of The Constitution. Will Oprah study and impartially evaluate the documentation? Will she have the courage to do that which she has done before? I hope so, but I am inherently a pessimist. (I'd also like to ask her what was up with Tom Cruise and the couch.)

It's a jungle out there. Now that the media has managed to convince 52% of the American voters to vote for an unvetted, phantom candidate, about whom we know nothing, and whose every document has been hidden from public view, all of a sudden, they've decided it's time to begin eating their young enfant terrible.
     It started at the first press briefing, at which White House press secretary Robert Gibbs found himself the loser in a game of Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots, and quickly got his block knocked off.
     Michael Calderone's piece in Politico, which we link to below, describes the blow-by-blow detail. Bill Plante of CBS News landed a jaw-breaker, demanding to know why no news photographer, videographer, or TV correspondent was invited to document the Oath-redux that allegedly occurred in the Map Room. He also accused the Obama camp of committing a Blagojevich: engaging in "pay to play" with ABC News.
     Gibbs insisted that the Obama Administration was acting in a manner that was "upfront and transparent," but the only thing not opaque, as I metaphorically see it, was Gibbs glass jaw. (It may be appropriate to note that Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots was manufactured by ... wait for it ... MARX.)

No sooner did the Usurper-in-Chief announce that he was ordering the closure of the Guantánamo Bay detention camp, The New York Times ran an article revealing that Said Ali al-Shihri, a former prisoner at Gitmo who was release in 2007, found his way beck to Yemen, where he is now the deputy leader of the Yemini Al Qaeda branch. The New York Times! For Obama, that must have felt like finding out his sister was really his mother! (She isn't, just to be clear, in an abundance of caution.)
     Then, The Associated Press "outs" the fact that the classical quartet that played at the Inauguration was pre-recorded. Apparently, this was necessary due to the effect of the temperature on the instruments, which would have altered their sound, but why the secrecy? Now, this "transparent" administration is reduced to looking like Milli Vanilli's talent agency.
     On Day One, Obama announced that lobbyists would not be hired to work for or run agencies they had formerly lobbied. Later, exceptions were made for William J, Lynn III, a lobbyist for Raytheon, and William V. Corr, a lobbyist for the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. Lynn was nominated to be Deputy Defense Secretary. Corr was nominated to be the No. 2 official at the Department of Health and Human Services.
     Apparently, Lynn's expertise is vital to the Defense Department, but is Corr really the only person in the country qualified to prevent smoking in the boys' room?

The birth certificate in question is only one document that is conspicuously missing from Barack Obama's past. The list of documents is huge and it is one of the reasons all of them have been sought by various lawyers and interested parties. Those refusing to produce the requested documents are turning up their noses to the Constitution, to "we the people" and calling them "conspiracy theorists" will by no means make the question go away ...

Below, we're running a video clip from CNN showing how Campbell Brown, who was caricatured on Saturday Night Live as having experienced the feminine equivalent of Chris Matthew's tingling leg at the very sound of Obama's voice, now chastises him for violating his own lobbyist ban. Apparently, she's shocked, shocked, to find out he's a politician. He should have cuddled afterwards.
     The Constitution has been ignored, the Courts thus far have failed to do their duty, the mainstream media didn't even try to fake it, and a usurper who's name we're not even sure of coasted into office without having to present even the most basic documents to verify the he is a Natural Born Citizen, as required by Article II Section 1 of The Constitution.
     This is getting way too good to be true. Now that Prince Barack has ascended to take the reigns of Obamalot, I'll bet that they will be the very ones who expose him and cause his downfall. Visualize it: "This just in! Obama is not legally qualified to be President. Biden sworn in! Film at 11." (Video, actually.)
     There's nothing like a good ol' impeachment to bolster the ratings. What's good for the news is good for the prime-time schedule. Remember what the Clinton impeachment did for the broadcast networks and the cable news channels; and he didn't even get removed. "24 will be presented in it's entirety right after the Impeachment Hearings. Tonight, Jack Bauer removes a fraudulent President. Keep it right here on Fox!"

The Supreme Court has logged this petition as an application for stay pending filing a writ of certiorari. Since they denied the emergency petition today, it gives her an opportunity to file immediately the actual Writ of Certiorari, which will be done within a few days ...

President Obama says he will change the way the federal government interprets the Freedom of Information Act to provide more transparency in government. This is an amazing statement from a man who refused throughout the campaign - and even until this day - to make public even the complete birth certificate that would lay to rest the concerns of millions of Americans that he is, indeed, constitutionally eligible as a "natural born citizen" to be the president of the United States ...

One of the remaining possibilities that may sway a court to look at the evidence of Obama's ineligibility (if the court has any sense of right and wrong) could be a case with criminal charges involved. Such a case might be one where a courageous man or woman on active duty in the military refuses to follow one of Obama's orders as Commander in Chief because of their reasonable belief that an ineligible President's orders are unlawful ...

The view of Marxist-Leninists that they should "smash the state" is alive and well in the current administration, headed by the Usurper-in-Chief and his Democrat (not democratic) co-conspirators.
     The ideologues of the Democrat machine have never shown a reluctance to sabotage the economy, thus hurting the very poor and impoverished they claim to represent, in order to further their own goals. When Ronald Reagan cut marginal tax rates, it resulted in a doubling of tax revenues received by the Treasury, yet the Democrats, in violation of an agreement with Reagan, increased spending sufficiently to cause a deficit, which they, as planned, then blamed on Reagan.
     Having artificially triggered a melt-down in our economy by forcing banks who knew better into making unwise housing loans to unqualified people who had no hope of repaying, and goosing the problem along with end-of-day short-selling when McCain was pulling ahead of Obama, the expected panic was unleashed, resulting in a voter demand to "throw the rascals out." Whenever such a mood exists, the party of the "rascals" currently in the White House is ejected, and replaced by the other party's "rascals." Thus, Spanky, Stymie and Darla Hood were cast aside, and replaced by Darth Vader, Ra's Al Ghul and Cruella De Vil.

Crisis. Panic. Solution.
     The Left frequently manipulates the public by means of the the crisis-panic-solution paradigm. Step One: create a crisis. Publicly call attention to the created crisis by use of the "bully pulpit" and help from lackeys in the media. Step Two: wait for the expected panic to materialize. Fan the flames of said panic until they are white-hot. Step Three: Rush to the rescue. Propose a solution, which apparently deals with the crisis, but is actually a means of imposing the programs and spending that you could not pass fairly, and ram it through the legislature before the panic dies down.
     The Democrat Party played the American people like Guitar Hero, again placing the blame for their own pre-planned "crisis" on the very people who warned us that it was coming as long as six years ago, but the tune is wearing thin. You can only play one chord for so long before the audience realizes that you cannot actually play the guitar, and walks out.
     Less than a week after the phony inauguration of a faux-President, marred by the flubbed Oath of Office that betrayed the consciousness of guilt by both Obama and Roberts, Obama's media minions have already begun biting at his heels. (Note to Chris Matthews: that tingling in your leg was just an early symptom of sciatica.)
     Thousands of us have been crying out "The Emperor has no clothes." Just as in the fairy tale, it's only a matter of time before the larger crowd realizes it, and takes up the cry. When this finally happens, the means to force exposure is available to us, thanks to a tool left to us by George W. Bush.

"W" to the Rescue.
     On January 16, 2009, three days before he left office, President Bush signed an Executive Order entitled "Granting Reciprocity on Excepted Service and Federal Contractor Employee Fitness and Reinvestigating Individuals in Positions of Public Trust.' As soon as they got in office, the Obaminons tried to scrub this from the White House web site, but the info was already out there. It appears on pages 4111-4113 of The Federal Register.
     We have a PDF of the entire Order below, but here's a taste:

Sec. 5. Reinvestigation of Individuals in Positions of Public Trust. Individuals in positions of public trust shall be subject to reinvestigation ... to ensure their suitability for continued employment.

Hmmm. Now, who exactly in the employ of the Federal Government needs to have their backgrounds re-investigated. Have you heard any outcries for any such reinvestigation of anyone except ... oh, now, who could it be ... OBAMA! (Apologies to Dana Carvey's Church Lady.)
     Dr. Orly Taitz has picked up the ball and is running with it. She has served U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald and the FBI Chicago office with a subpoena to produce "any and all records in regards to level of character and conduct necessary pertaining to Barack H. Obama, a/k/a Barry H. Obama, II a/k/a Barry Obama, a/k/a Barry Soetoro. These documents have direct relation to holding a Position of Public Trust."
     Now, don't get too excited yet. The success of such a petition requires that a court actually enforce the law. We haven't seen much of that lately. Yet, somehow, it is comforting to know that, as George W. Bush conducted himself as a consummate gentleman and a polished executive on his way out, he left us with this means of salvaging our form of Government.
     Paraphrasing what the former President said, standing on the rubble of the World Trade Center in 2001, he heard us, and the people who shredded the Constitution are gonna hear from all of us soon.

There is much speculation as to why Taylor resigned. I think it's interesting to note that while he didn't file a quo warranto regarding Obama's eligibility, he also never told anyone who wrote to him that Obama was actually eligible and that Obama had been properly vetted which was the canned response from all of Congress. Barack Obama may be using his political action committee funds to stomp out eligibility lawsuits brought by Americans, as he has paid more than $1.35 million to his top lawyer since the election. Obama for America, Obama's 2008 political campaign, merged with the Democratic National Committee in January and is now known as Organizing for America. The grassroots army that some refer to as "Obama 2.0" is still collecting financial contributions. Federal Election Commission records for "Obama for America" show that the lobby organization has paid international law firm Perkins Coie exactly $1,352,378.95 since the 2008 election. ...

Neil Sankey's journey from having worked in some of the most elite police units in Britain to taking part in a movement dedicated to the investigation of Brack Obama may seem bizarre. Sankey contends that his police experience in England now informs his fight against Obama. "It's quite obvious to me -- America is heading towards a socialized state just as has happened in Europe. A prominent attorney who has shepherded a number of high-profile legal cases challenging Barack Obama'seligibility to be president has brought a "Quo Warranto" case to district court in Washington, D.C., alleging his allegiances have included Britain, Kenya and Indonesia. A Quo Warranto action essentially is a demand to know by what authority a public figure is acting. The case, brought by California attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of herself, was assigned to Chief Judge Royce Lamberth. John Eidsmoe, an expert on the U.S. Constitution now working with the Foundation on Moral Law, an organization founded by former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, previously said the demand was a legitimate course of action. Eidsmoe said it's clear that Obama has something in the documentation of his history, including his birth certificate, college records and other documents that "he does not want the public to know." ...

Attorney Mario Apuzzo filed the action with the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in January 2009 on behalf of Kerchner, Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. Named as defendants were Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives, former Vice President Dick Cheney and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. The case alleges Congress failed to follow the Constitution, which "provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate 'elected' by the Electoral College Electors." The appeal said, "Plaintiffs allege that Obama has not conclusively proven that he was born in Hawaii. They also allege that even if he was so born, he cannot be an Article II 'natural born citizen' because his father was a British subject/citizen when Obama was born and Obama himself was born a British subject/citizen, all of which makes him ineligible to be president and commander in chief of the military." ...

Barack Obama wants to run for reelection he would need to produce proof of both his U.S. birth and citizenship to get on the ballot in Arizona, if one state lawmaker gets her way. Rep. Judy Burges, R-Skull Valley, is preparing a law to require anyone running for president or vice president to provide proof to the Arizona Secretary of State's Office that they are legally eligible to seek the office. The U.S. Constitution requires the president -- and, by extension, the vice president -- to be "a natural born citizen." Burges would require the Secretary of State to verify that status independently. "If it's not certifiable, then that person's name would not go on the ballot," she said. ...

In blogs, interviews and e-mails, "birthers" around the country are reporting surveillance and visits from the U.S. Secret Service, whose agents have questioned - or, as some report, intimidated - them over their insistence that Barack Obama prove his constitutional eligibility to serve as president. Stephen Pidgeon, an attorney for Washington state plaintiffs challenging Obama's eligibility, grew suspicious in March when his wife and coworkers reported being shadowed by police and three, black SUVs. "We are definitely under surveillance and it's coordinated with Homeland Security," Pidgeon alleged. The "certification of live birth" posted online and widely touted as "Obama's birth certificate" does not in any way prove he was born in Hawaii, since the same "short-form" document is easily obtainable for children not born in Hawaii. The true "long-form" birth certificate, which includes information such as the name of the birth hospital and attending physician, is the only document that can prove Obama was born in Hawaii, but to date he has not permitted its release for public or press scrutiny. ...

Two lawyers, Leo Donofrio and Stephen Pidgeon, have joined forces to assemble a case challenging in U.S. bankruptcy court the federal government's use of Troubled Asset Relief Program funds to bail out Chrysler and in doing so may have created a scenario that finally will bring to a head the issue of Barack Obama's eligibility to be president. Their new case questions the authority by which the federal government and administration officials intervened in the auto industry, specifically allocating some $8 billion-plus to Chrysler, which later was forgiven. The clients in the case are former Chrysler dealers who lost their businesses as part of the "restructuring" of the automobile company. They have been damaged with the loss of their businesses, and the case alleges the Obama administration, through its use of TARP money, influenced Chrysler's outcome. Along with a bankruptcy court challenge, a "quo warranto" case is being filed in Washington, D.C., demanding to know by what authority administration officials set up the financial arrangements with Chrysler and handed out taxpayer money. As part of the demand for information about the authority used, Donofrio confirmed, there will be questions about Obama's eligibility to be president. ...
