At the request of some of our readers, discerning and literate bunch that you all are, commencing with the May 1, 2008 issue we began archiving the March Report in a form suitable for presentation. Be advised that some of the links to external sites on the archived pages will have gone dead. Morte. Kaputski. That being the case, archives will be deleted, or replaced with an image of the headline area only, as the page itself becomes useless (assuming that it wasn't to begin with, which may be presumptuous in and of itself).

YEST John Edwards Tell-All Book Details Leak: 'Fat Rednecks' And A Sex Tape

Keith Staskiewicz -- Entertainment Weekly

Only weeks after the bestselling campaign book Game Change: Obama and the Clintons, McCain and Palin, and the Race of a Lifetime laid out for all to see the indiscretions and subsequent political implosion of John Edwards, the former aide/human shield who originally claimed paternity for Edwards' illegitimate child has announced his own tell-all account of the affair, The Politician: An Insider's Account of John Edwards's Pursuit of the Presidency and the Scandal That Brought Him Down. The book deals with Young's facilitation of the liaison as well as his role in its aftermath and the ensuing cover-up, which Young contends was orchestrated by Edwards himself. ...

Washington Is In A Frenzy Over 'Game Change'

Greg Milam -- Sky News (UK)

Game Change: Obama and the Clintons, McCain and Palin, and the Race of a Lifetime, for example, revealed the racially insensitive comments of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid about then-candidate Barack Obama. Obama accepted Reid's apology at the weekend but the calls for the veteran Nevada Senator to resign continue to grow as the partisan squabbling reaches a new peak. But it is the 'revelations' about the likes of Bill and Hillary Clinton, Vice President Joe Biden, John McCain and Sarah Palin that are, in political circles at least, the stuff of fevered talk. Like the reported fact that Mrs Palin wanted to call Mr Biden 'Joe' during televised debates because she couldn't stop saying 'O'Biden' in rehearsals. And some of the private details about personal relationships that, frankly, we could all live without knowing.

British Writer Gets Sales Boost From Tiger Woods Crash

Agence France-Presse (FR)

Sales of a little-known British scientist's book have soared after it was pictured in Tiger Woods' crashed car, he said Thursday. "Get a Grip on Physics" by Doctor John Gribbin was photographed in a footwell of the car after the US golf superstar smashed it into a fire hydrant and a tree outside his Florida home last month. Within days of the pictures going round the world, the book's best-seller ranking on Internet retailer Amazon.com shot up from 396,224th position to 2,268th.

Cassini Returns To Saturn's Largest Moon

United Press International

NASA says its Cassini spacecraft will return to Saturn's largest moon, Titan, this week to again inspect the cloud-shrouded moon, but from 4,654 miles away. The Thursday flyby will place Cassini more than 3,970 miles higher above Titan's surface than it was during it's Jan. 12 flyby, but scientists say that will not make the new mission any less valuable. ...

YEST Apple iPad First Impressions Arrive

Andrew Heining -- Christian Science Monitor

Those of us who read yesterday's liveblogs and struggled to make out Steve Jobs' words through choppy, pirated audio streams may think we know what it's all about. But we weren't there. As Jobs himself effused from the stage, "Watching it is nothing like getting it in your hands. Obama's Deception: Health Care, C-SPAN, And Other Broken Promises

Dr. Paul Murdock -- Canada Free Press (CA)

How many of you would let your children, business partners, employees, or friends be consistently dishonest? Would you pay for a product that you had not seen or researched? Would you purchase a product if you knew the company was incompetent and could not deliver quality? I think not. Yet here in America we do exactly that. Obama has no intention of keeping his moderate election promises. He may provide excuses, but he still would be deceiving you. ...

Obama's Weak Response To Airliner Attack Increases Threat To U.S.

Jim Meyers -- NewsMax

Influential journalist Arnaud de Borchgrave says that the Obama administration is "trying to make the best of a very bad situation" by downplaying the security lapses that led to a Nigerian sneaking an explosive device aboard a plane. De Borchgrave also warned about the threat posed by Pakistanis who are British citizens and can enter the U.S. without a visa; and he pointed to a "growing convergence" between the ambitions of Iran and al-Qaida in the Middle East. Asked about the Obama administration's response to Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, a 23-year-old Nigerian Muslim who spent time in Yemen and allegedly attempted to detonate an explosive device aboard a Northwest Airlines flight from Amsterdam to Detroit on Christmas Day, de Borchgrave said, "I think it's been very weak." ...

News and Opinion Presented by Robert Jay March

21:39. Recorded
Monday, January 11, 2010
TOPICS DISCUSSED:

Glenn Beck:
The Verdict Is In

On the January 4, 2010 edition of Glenn Beck's Radio Program, Beck mocked the so-called "birthers": those of us who believe, and have submitted extensive evidence to prove, that Barack Obama is not legally qualified to serve as President of The United States, per Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution: "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President." March discusses Beck's remarks, why he made them, and what Beck's afraid of. During his last podcast, Robert Jay March asked, "Is Glenn Beck a Hero or a Coward?" The verdict is now in.

Britt Hume's Remarks on Tiger Woods and Buddhism.

On the January 3, 2010 edition of Fox News Sunday, Hume said this: "the extent to which [Tiger] can recover seems to me depends on his faith. He's said to be a Buddhist. I don't think that faith offers the kind of forgiveness and redemption that is offered by the Christian faith." Robert Jay March, a practicing Buddhist for 38 years, and a devout Catholic before that, corrects Hume's misunderstanding of the Buddhist faith, explaining how that "kind of forgiveness and redemption" is implicit in the Buddhism, and the personal tragedy in Hume's life that account for his statement.

Haiti Survivors Outside Of Capital Get Little Aid

Agence France-Presse (FR)

Video With aid workers concentrating almost all of their attention on Haiti's devastated capital, some outlying towns are struggling to cope with their own needs. Croix des Bouquets has been earmarked as the site of a major survivors' camp intended to house up to 20,000 homeless, to be bussed in from Port-au-Prince.  Tony Blair To Tell Chilcot Inquiry: War Stopped Saddam Building WMDs

Patrick Wintour -- Guardian (UK)

In the most eagerly awaited session of the Chilcot inquiry so far, Blair will insist that he acted in good faith throughout, but acknowledge that the decision to go to war was hugely controversial. The former prime minister is expected to tell the inquiry he still believes it was right for Britain to remove Saddam even though thousands of Iraqi civilians have lost their lives. He believes that without military action Saddam would have built WMD using the team of scientists he had assembled for the task. ...

 Blair Testimony Underwhelms Baghdad

Gabriel Gatehouse -- BBC News (UK)

"We should look forwards, not back," said one young traffic policeman - out of uniform, relaxing in a pavement tea shop on his day off. "We should stop arguing about whether the invasion was right or wrong. Britain should look forward too," he added. But Laith, the owner of the tea stall, was less forgiving. The Chilcot inquiry has received little attention in the Iraqi press. What coverage there has been has tended to see the affair as an internal British affair. Some have questioned its timing, pointing to the UK's imminent general election. ...

Thane Burnett -- QMI Agency

Orel Preserve, a young scavenger, said he could clearly hear the trapped woman, panicked and answering through jagged cracks from the bottom of what was once a grocery store. The Jan. 12 earthquake has created new jobs for Haiti's smallest and most wiry. Children like Orel are learning they have the dexterity and bravery to scurry into the cracks and crevices of unstable rubble. Past decaying bodies, the secret and dark tunnels often lead to rich treasure troves of valuables. They are the grimy pathfinders of a new underworld in Port-au-Prince's business district -- often doing better than the adults in navigating the ruins. ...

"Because of Hispaniola's complex tectonic setting, there is an interest in determining if the earthquake in Haiti might trigger other earthquakes at some unknown point in the future," Lundgren said, "either along adjacent sections of the Enriquillo-Plantain Garden fault that was responsible for the main earthquake, or on other faults in northern Hispaniola, such as the Septentrional fault." ...

Roeder Admitted He Stalked And Shot To Death Dr. George Tiller

Carey Gillam -- Reuters

Scott Roeder, 51, was convicted of first-degree murder and aggravated assault by a Wichita, Kansas jury which deliberated for just over 30 minutes. The case attracted anti-abortion protesters from around the nation to support Roeder. Roeder admitted he stalked and shot to death Dr. George Tiller, 67, on May 31 last year as Tiller attended church in Wichita, Kansas. He argued in court his actions were necessary to protect unborn babies. "Abortions were being done every day," Roeder testified. "My honest belief was that if I didn't do something they would continue to die." Roeder's sentencing was set for March 9. Merissa Green -- Ledger

When Sheriff Grady Judd named Dorice "DeeDee" Moore as a person of interest in the disappearance of Abraham Shakespeare earlier this month, he said Moore offered money to people to say they had seen the missing Florida Lottery winner. Moore said in December that she helped Shakespeare drop out of sight because he didn't want to pay child support and he wanted to get away from people who were constantly asking for money. She said he had spent much of the $17 million he pocketed as a lump-sum payment after winning a $31 million lottery jackpot in November 2006. After meeting Shakespeare through a mutual acquaintance in December 2008, Moore said, she began working with him on a book about his experiences since winning the lottery. ...

 Toyota Profit Outlook Dims

Yoshio Takahashi -- Wall Street Journal

In a rare ray of light for Toyota Motor Corp., the embattled car maker is set to report robust quarterly earnings next week thanks largely to its cost-cutting efforts, though the same campaign for savings may have contributed to company's quality problems. Analysts predict the company's recent recall tied to gas-pedal problems could significantly damage Toyota's market share in North America and dim the expectations of some that the world's largest auto maker would return to profitability for the full fiscal year, ending in March. Last year, Toyota plunged to its first net loss in 59 years. "It could narrowly miss return to profitability," Ryouichi Saito, an analyst at Mizuho Investors Securities, said. ...

The Energy Information Administration said that natural gas supplies dropped by 86 billion cubic feet last week, less than analysts expected. During the past year, the country has been working off a massive oversupply of natural gas, which is used to heat homes and run power generators. But the EIA report said that the 2.52 trillion cubic feet in storage is still above the five-year average for this time of year. ...

An Inconvenient Lie

Calls For Rajendra Pachauri To Resign As Chairman Of The Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change -- By Environmentalists

Geoffrey Lean -- Telegraph (UK)

He is steadfastly refusing to go, but his position is becoming more and more untenable by the day, and the official climate science body will continue to leach credibility while he remains in charge. Four more have now been reported from the part of the latest IPCC report on Himalayan glaciers that contained the notorious -- and now withdrawn -- claim that they would disappear by 2035. And there are now reports that it erred in relying on an unpublished report in linking natural disasters like flood and hurricanes to global warming. All appear much less serious than the original Himalayan howler, but they add to the impression of sloppiness at the IPCC. ...

"Voodoo Science" Vindicated

Times of India (IN)

India's senior-most glaciologist V K Raina today said the chief of the UN climate body should apologise to the scientist fraternity for dubbing their work on melting of Himalayan glaciers as "voodoo science". Raina's demand comes even as the UN body, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate change (IPCC) headed by R K Pachauri, deliberates on retracting its statement on Himalayan glaciers melting. "The IPCC had dumped our report that the glaciers have not retreated abnormally. Now, with the truth out in open, the IPCC should dump its own report which was based on mere speculation." Raina said. ...

World Misled Over Himalayan Glacier "Meltdown"

Jonathan Leake and Chris Hastings -- London Times (UK)

Two years ago the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) issued a benchmark report that was claimed to incorporate the latest and most detailed research into the impact of global warming. A central claim was the world's glaciers were melting so fast that those in the Himalayas could vanish by 2035. In the past few days the scientists behind the warning have admitted that it was based on a news story in the New Scientist, a popular science journal, published eight years before the IPCC's 2007 report. It has also emerged that the New Scientist report was itself based on a short telephone interview with Syed Hasnain, a little-known Indian scientist then based at Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi. Hasnain has since admitted that the claim was "speculation" and was not supported by any formal research. ...

When Federal Government Exceeds Its Constitutional Limits, State Legislatures Are Duty Bound To Nullify

Derek Sheriff -- Tenth Amendment Center

Video AND TEXT. Nullification begins with a decision made in your state legislature to resist a federal law deemed to be unconstitutional. It usually involves a bill, which is passed by both houses and is signed by your governor. In some cases, it might be approved by the voters of your state directly, in a referendum. It may change your state's statutory law or it might even amend your state constitution. It is a refusal on the part of your state government to cooperate with, or enforce any federal law it deems to be unconstitutional. Nullification carries with it the force of state law. It cannot be legally repealed by Congress without amending the US Constitution. It cannot be lawfully abolished by an executive order. It cannot be overruled by the Supreme Court. It is the people of a state asserting their constitutional rights by acting as a political society in their highest sovereign capacity. ...

 Obama Doubles Down

Frum Forum

Mitch McConnell's worst nightmare had to be that a contrite and humbled president would mount the rostrum, admit he had misread his mandate and offer some big, public concession to the opposition, e.g., offering to work seriously on tort reform as the price of healthcare reform. Instead, the Republicans got a peeved, arrogant, self-righteous president determined to go double or nothing on what is plainly a failing strategy. Now, instead of being forced to decide whether or not to throw the president a life preserver, they can throw him an anchor -- and the public will applaud them for it! ...

Pelosi Stopped One CIA Operation. So Why Not Waterboarding?

Marc A. Thiessen -- Washington Post

In mid-2004, then-House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi learned something from a CIA briefing that made her blood boil. Pelosi reportedly "came unglued" at the revelation and had "strong words" with national security adviser Condoleezza Rice, demanding that the CIA abandon its plans. As a result, a top-secret finding that President George W. Bush signed to authorize the CIA's activities was revised. Pelosi succeeded in stopping the agency from moving forward with the controversial operation. Why is this important? Because on May 14, 2009, Pelosi, now speaker of the House, declared in a Capitol Hill news conference that she had opposed CIA waterboarding but was powerless to stop it. A former senior intelligence official said in 2009 that he was shocked by Pelosi's claim because, he said, "Speaker Pelosi herself has stopped covert action programs that she has been briefed on by going to the White House. In that very same time frame [after she learned about waterboarding] Pelosi had gone back to the White House [over] a separate covert action program, expressed strong opposition to it. And the remarkable part to me, the White House backed off the program, changed one aspect of the program . . . she was particularly opposed to. And literally, the finding was pulled back and revised." If Pelosi had truly opposed waterboarding, he said, she had numerous ways to stop it -- but she didn't try. ...

Americans Turn Right On Reds

by Robert Jay March

After months of demeaning comments about the Tea Party movement, the so-called "Democratic" Party, which is anything but democratic, is now quaking in it's Manolo Blahnik boots. Having tried to force-feed the takeover of the American Health Care system to the American public over it's vociferous objections, saying "Let's win it for Teddy," it is ironic that their wake-up call came in the form of the loss of the late Senator Kennedy's Senate seat to an opponent of that very bill. Obama's knee-jerk response, true to form, was to blame the loss on eight years of George W. Bush.

After a few days to reflect and allow the humiliation and repudiation to penetrate that thick noggin of his, Obama was interviewed by Dianne Sawyer, who asked him if one term was enough. The question was shocking enough in and of itself, in that it was only a year ago that Obama was proclaimed as our saviour, the demi-deity who would solve all problems (hosanna in the highest and praise be to Barry). Obama chuckled nervously, and replied "I'd rather be a really good one-term president than a mediocre two-term president."

Actually, he fails on all counts. One, he's not legally President, per Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution. Two, in play-acting the role to the most receptive audience any politician has ever had, he's blown it so badly that, even in Germany, the press is saying "Bid fairwell to Obama." The scent of political "blood in the water" is so pungent that Democrats in droves are re-considering plans to run for office, and Republicans who had not planned to run are now gearing up to do so.

Those in the Tea Party movement who are celebrating the victory of Scott Brown have good reason the celebrate, but I urge them to keep it in perspective. Brown's victory was a repudiation of the Health Care Bill, not an embrace of limited government per se. Half of the people who voted for Brown believe government should do more to solve problems, which is inimical to the Tea Party philosophy.

Scott Brown is a "progressive" (read: "Big Government") Republican in the mode of John McCain. He is a friend of convenience, a temporary ally whom they will probably find themselves in opposition to down the road. While the enemy of my enemy may be my friend, I'd rather have a true friend at my side when going into battle.

Meanwhile, down at the Elephant Preserve, the elders of the Grand Old Party are scratching their heads, trying to figure out how to co-opt the Tea Party Movement and turn it into an appendage of the Republican Party. Remember how outraged the GOP was when Sarah Palin, Tim Pawlenty and Fred Thompson endorsed Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman in New York's 23rd District Congressional race? The party had picked yet another progressive, Dede Scozzafava, and all the party pros, such as Newt Gingrich, had endorsed her, feeling that party loyalty trumped principle. When it became apparent that Scozzafava has no chance of winning, she withdrew from the race -- and threw her support to the Democrat. So much for party loyalty.

Putting party over principle will leave us forever condemned to whip-sawing from left to right, as every urge to "throw the rascals out" leaves us with only the other set of rascals to vote for. Don't be a Democrat. Don't be a Republican. Don't align yourself with any political party. Be a LOCist.

What's a LOCist? Quoting from my Editorial of April 5, 2008 edition of MarchReport.com, brilliant as it was,

"It's a Party of one, of which I am Party Chairman. It is based on the 1960s theory of television programming put forth by CBS 'master scheduler' Mike Dann and Paul Klien of NBC, called the "LOP" or "Least Objectionable Program" theory. In those days, there were just the 3 major networks (or 2 plus ABC, if you're really honest) and programming was based on the concept of the Mass Audience. Nowadays, with network audiences down to about 50% from a high of 90%, the LOP theory no longer works.

"HOWEVER, when it comes to Politics, there are only 2 'channels': Democratic and Republican; all the other parties are the equivalent of local stations, some with and some without network affiliations. Each major party needs MASS NUMBERS, so they try to nominate the Candidate that is Least Objectionable to their base. That's why, in primary season, Democrats run to the Left and Republicans to the Right, but in the General Elections, both move towards the perceived center. Party loyalists always vote for their party's candidate; the rest of us vote for the Least Objectionable Candidate (LOC). The candidate perceived by most voters to be Least Objectionable wins. Yay! Tapioca pudding for everyone!"

Given that Government is a necessary evil (the operative word being evil), there will always be politicians. People who succeed in politics are people who lie well enough to get a plurality of voters to put them in office. While some may get into politics initially to serve the public, those who survive have that youthful zeal burned out of them. Much as a sword-maker pounds and heats his steel into submission, forming the blade he intended to form, so each party pounds their new blood into a pulp useful only for feeding the machine.

Until such time as our "tea" is steeped strongly enough that we can field candidates that stand on principle, rather than stand for party loyalty over integrity, we must vote for the Least Objectionable Candidate, regardless of what party they are affiliated with. Then, we must hold their feet to the fire, constantly reminding them of how they got elected in the first place, and how fleeting their jobs can be.

D.C. Court Case Demands Obama Explain Eligibility

Bob Unruh -- World Net Daily

A prominent attorney who has shepherded a number of high-profile legal cases challenging Barack Obama'seligibility to be president has brought a "Quo Warranto" case to district court in Washington, D.C., alleging his allegiances have included Britain, Kenya and Indonesia. A Quo Warranto action essentially is a demand to know by what authority a public figure is acting. The case, brought by California attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of herself, was assigned to Chief Judge Royce Lamberth. John Eidsmoe, an expert on the U.S. Constitution now working with the Foundation on Moral Law, an organization founded by former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, previously said the demand was a legitimate course of action. Eidsmoe said it's clear that Obama has something in the documentation of his history, including his birth certificate, college records and other documents that "he does not want the public to know." ...

Nelson Jr. Named as defendants were Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives, former Vice President Dick Cheney and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. The case alleges Congress failed to follow the Constitution, which "provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate 'elected' by the Electoral College Electors." The appeal said, "Plaintiffs allege that Obama has not conclusively proven that he was born in Hawaii. They also allege that even if he was so born, he cannot be an Article II 'natural born citizen' because his father was a British subject/citizen when Obama was born and Obama himself was born a British subject/citizen, all of which makes him ineligible to be president and commander in chief of the military." ...

Proposed Arizona Law: Dump Presidential Candidates Who Can't Prove Citizenship From Ballot

Howard Fischer -- Capitol Media Services

Barack Obama wants to run for reelection he would need to produce proof of both his U.S. birth and citizenship to get on the ballot in Arizona, if one state lawmaker gets her way. Rep. Judy Burges, R-Skull Valley, is preparing a law to require anyone running for president or vice president to provide proof to the Arizona Secretary of State's Office that they are legally eligible to seek the office. The U.S. Constitution requires the president -- and, by extension, the vice president -- to be "a natural born citizen." Burges would require the Secretary of State to verify that status independently. "If it's not certifiable, then that person's name would not go on the ballot," she said. ...

Closed Chrysler Dealers To Challenge Obama's Eligibility

Bob Unruh -- World Net Daily

Two lawyers, Leo Donofrio and Stephen Pidgeon, have joined forces to assemble a case challenging in U.S. bankruptcy court the federal government's use of Troubled Asset Relief Program funds to bail out Chrysler and in doing so may have created a scenario that finally will bring to a head the issue of Barack Obama's eligibility to be president. Their new case questions the authority by which the federal government and administration officials intervened in the auto industry, specifically allocating some $8 billion-plus to Chrysler, which later was forgiven. The clients in the case are former Chrysler dealers who lost their businesses as part of the "restructuring" of the automobile company. They have been damaged with the loss of their businesses, and the case alleges the Obama administration, through its use of TARP money, influenced Chrysler's outcome. Along with a bankruptcy court challenge, a "quo warranto" case is being filed in Washington, D.C., demanding to know by what authority administration officials set up the financial arrangements with Chrysler and handed out taxpayer money. As part of the demand for information about the authority used, Donofrio confirmed, there will be questions about Obama's eligibility to be president. ...

Rants & Raves from Our Readers

A reader who wishes to remain anonymous sent in this criticism:

Mr. March, You linked the video of Hillary Clinton having what has been referred to as an 'outburst' on your site, yet, you did not explain the context. You omitted the truth and presented the situation as another crazy Clinton moment. You not only misportrayed the situation, you lost an opportunity to share/address the plight of women who have no rights in their country. I have been a long time reader of your March Report and have shared the Report with many people. I wrote to you addressing the Clinton video and have seen no retraction or explanation. I won't be referring anyone to this page anymore. My belief and trust that you maintain objectivity and research all sides has been permanently altered recently. Consevative or not, you have always seemed to work at being fair and true to journalism. I now am seeing you differently.

Robert Jay March Responds:

This reader has mischaracterized the report. In fact, we went out of way to add clarity to the situation. The copy proved by WMAQ-TV, the televsion station which provide the report through one of our syndicators, said "A Congolese university student seems to presume that Bill Clinton's opinion is more important than the current Secretary of State's." In order to portray the situation accurately, we rewrote the copy to read as follows (emphasis added): "As a result of a translator's error, a Congolese university student appears to presume that Bill Clinton's opinion is more important than the current Secretary of State's. Hillary explodes, and hilarity ensues. Oh, those wacky, wacky Clintons." That was all the information that was available on August 11, 2009, when we ran the story. Witty retort aside, we went out of our way to clarify the report. Further details from the State Department and the White House did not become available until the following day.

Another reader, who wish to be referred to by the nom de plume "Needles," has an unusual take on the Certifi-Gate crisis:

The birthers need to step back and consider the consequences of their actions. If Mr. Obama were to be declared ineligible, there are several possible outcomes. They could remove him from office and install Joe Biden as President. The argument would be made that if Mr. Obama was not eligible to run for President, then the ticket is invalid as well and Joe Biden should not be Vice President. The next person in the order of succession would be Speaker of the House; Nancy Pelosi. Because no eligible candidate received a majority of electoral votes, the selection of the President could be thrown into the House. Speaker Nancy Pelosi, would then be king-maker. The choices are Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi or someone Nancy Pelosi picks. Maybe it is best to leave the birth certificate matter alone.

Robert Jay March Responds:

Mr. Obama being declared ineligible does not legally invalidate Biden's election, provided he is qualified. Even if it did, the Constitution is too important to ignore; it is all that separates us from tyranny. Regardless of the consequences, if in fact Mr. Obama is ineligible, he must be removed. That said, all we have thus far is the preponderance of evidence leading to a likely conclusion, not conclusive facts. That is why the revelation of the long-form birth certificate is so important.

Finally, a third reader who wish to be referred to by the nom de plume "unihawker," writes:

Dear Mr. March, I was watching TV the other night and they showed a clip of Obama in Kenya during his trip there during the campaign. I am not sure if it was just some Freudian slip or not, but he said as he was waiving to the people greeting him, "Thank you, it is great to be back home". My question was, If he was not born in that country why would he call it home?

Robert Jay March Responds:

Good question, for which I have no answer. If this report is correct, it is yet another contribution to the preponderance of evidence that implies Mr. Obama is ineligible. A copy of the long form birth certificate would cost Mr. Obama $12; thus far he has spent $1.3 Million to avoid producing it. As in any investigation, follow the money: in this case, what money is being spent on to conceal.
