  Return to Top of Page

At the request of some of our readers, discerning and literate bunch that you all are, commencing with the May 1, 2008 issue we began archiving the March Report in a form suitable for presentation. Be advised that some of the links to external sites on the archived pages will have gone dead. Morte. Kaputski. That being the case, archives will be deleted, or replaced with an image of the headline area only, as the page itself becomes useless (assuming that it wasn't to begin with, which may be presumptuous in and of itself).

Hacked E-Mails Expose Global Warming Fraudsters

Andrew C. Revkin -- New York Times

Hundreds of private e-mail messages and documents hacked from a computer server at a British university are causing a stir among global warming skeptics, who say they show that climate scientists conspired to overstate the case for a human influence on climate change. Some skeptics asserted Friday that the correspondence revealed an effort to withhold scientific information. "This is not a smoking gun; this is a mushroom cloud," said Patrick J. Michaels, a climatologist who has long faulted evidence pointing to human-driven warming and is criticized in the documents. ...

"IPCC Elite Embarrassingly, If Not Criminally, Compromised"

Rebecca Terrell And Ed Hiserodt -- New American Magazine

Among the IPCC elite embarrassingly, if not criminally, compromised is Phillip D. Jones, a Ph.D. climatologist at the University of East Anglia whose work figured prominently in the IPCC Third Assessment Report of 2001. Jones also contributed significantly to the IPCC Fourth Assessment Report in 2007 (AR4), but he failed to follow through when skeptical investigators asked to review raw data associated with that report. They announced intent to use UK Freedom of Information laws to obtain the data, so Jones sent the following e-mail to one of his collaborators: "Mike, Can you delete any e-mails you may have had with Keith re AR4? Keith will do likewise.... Can you also e-mail Gene and get him to do the same?... Will be getting Caspar to do likewise." The Mike in this message is Michael Mann, professor of meteorology at Pennsylvania State University, whose influential "hockey stick" graph warning of pending global warming eco-catastrophe was found by a congressional investigation to be fraudulent. In another correspondence about AR4 labeled HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL, Jones contacted Mann regarding research critical of their global warming platform. "I can't see either of these papers being in the next IPCC report," wrote Jones. "Kevin and I will keep them out somehow -- even if we have to redefine what the peer-review literature is!" ...

Does Second-Hand Smoke Really Void Apple's Warranty?

David Coursey -- PC World

Apple is apparently telling at least some customers that the amount of cigarette smoke residue inside their computers makes it unsafe for the company to perform warranty service on them, despite the lack of such a clause in the company's warranty agreement. My hope is Apple will read the stories that have begun to appear and stop this nonsense immediately. I suspect the stories about these incidents will encourage some money-hungry lawyer to find the aggrieved customers and get to the bottom of this. ...

Mercedes Bunz -- Guardian (UK)

The war of the search engines enters a new phase as Microsoft considers paying publishers to put their content on its search enging Bing -- presumably in the hope they will do as Ruper Murdoch has suggested and remove it from Google. But how much would this actually hurt Google? Certifi-Gate! America In Captivity

British Cop Who Spent His Life Investigating Organized Crime Now Focusing On Obama

Ed Pilkington -- Guardian (UK)

Neil Sankey's journey from having worked in some of the most elite police units in Britain to taking part in a movement dedicated to the investigation of Brack Obama may seem bizarre. Sankey contends that his police experience in England now informs his fight against Obama. "It's quite obvious to me -- America is heading towards a socialized state just as has happened in Europe. Socialized medicine, everyone on the dole, and when everything collapses you tip the scales into Marxism." He also believes his training in Scotland Yard is now reaping benefits for the "Birthers." The same techniques he used to analyse the IRA's associations he is now applying to Obama. Most recently, he carried out an exhaustive search of databases that he claims threw up 140 different identification numbers and addresses for "Barack Obama." While this article is written from the perspective of a debunker, it is worth reading for Sankey's perspective, and the facts he sets out. ...

We Stand At The Precipice, With A Usurper In The Oval Office

Lynn Stuter -- News With Views

We stand at the precipice of the totalitarian state with a man occupying the White House, usurping the Oval Office, who isn't an American; who has, by his own actions and words, declared himself a Marxist. The United States Congress, assembled, has refused to remove this usurper sitting illegitimately as our president. The United States Supreme Court, and lower courts, have refused to address the growing body of evidence that Barack Hussein Obama is not our legitimate president; going so far as to make the ludicrous claim that they cannot overturn the vote of millions, in essence saying that popular vote (if it could even be claimed to be uncorrupted) is above the law. ...

Michelle Contradicts Obama Nativity Story

Aaron Klein -- World Net Daily

In little noticed remarks, Michelle Obama stated at a public event that her husband's mother, Ann Dunham, was "very young and very single" when she gave birth to the future U.S. "president." Her comments further undermine the official story as told by Barack Obama: that Dunham was married to his father, Barack Obama Sr., at the time of birth. The official story claims Dunham and Obama, Sr. were married Feb. 2, 1961. The pair separated two years later and they divorced in 1964. Obama's father returned to Kenya and saw his son only once more before dying in an automobile accident in 1982. In actuality, it isn't clear Obama's parents were married, since official records have never been produced showing a legal ceremony took place. No wedding certificate or photograph of a ceremony for Dunham and Obama Sr. has ever been found or published. ...

Witchcraft-Associated Killings Of Albinos In Tanzania

Patty Magubira -- Citizen (TZ)

Addressing a press conference last weekend after visiting families which lost their beloved ones to the killings, Mr Peter Ash appealed to the Government to give priority to the 52 cases piled up in courts. "We have the witchdoctors and contract killers convicted, but top end consumers buying the albino organs at $3,000 for a leg or an arm or $7,500 for a set of limbs have not been prosecuted during the two just-ended cases. For the second time now these cases have been postponed due to lack of funds. We appeal for them to be given a priority." ...

Malian Singer Salif Keita And Red Cross Seek To Protect Albinos

Agence France-Presse (FR)

Over the past two years, at least 56 albinos were killed and dismembered in Tanzania and Burundi and their limbs were sold to witchdoctors to make lucky charms. "The others have been killed at birth, or assassinated or have died of skin cancer because they are inadequately protected, don't have access to treatment or are marginalized," Salif's brother Mamad ou Keita said. "It is the acute misfortune of albino people in this part of Africa that, at a time of worldwide economic crisis, they have fallen prey to contract killers (working for witchdoctors whose clients must, at least, be wealthy) who profit from their murder," an International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies report said. ...

China Slams US Over Cyber Spy Report

China Daily (CN)

China accused a United States congressional advisory panel of ulterior motives on Monday for its report that claimed the Chinese government appears to be piercing the US computer network with increasing frequency to gather data for its military. "This report disregards the facts, is full of bias and has ulterior motives," Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang said in a brief statement on the ministry's website. "We advise this so-called commission not to always look at China through tinted glasses and stop interfering with China's internal politics and damaging Sino-US ties." ...

Philippines Declares State Of Emergency As Massacre Victims Mount

Daniel Schearf -- Voice Of America

Audio AND TEXT. As more bodies were uncovered from the location of a massacre on the southern island of Mindanao Tuesday, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo declared a state of emergency. That allows the police and military to impose a curfew and conduct random searches as they hunt for those who carried out the attack. Speaking on national television, Mrs. Arroyo said she is sending military leaders and the head of the national police to oversee the operation. "No effort will be spared to bring justice to the victims and hold the perpetrators accountable to the full limit of the law," said Mrs. Arroyo. ...

Warring Maguindanao Clans Were Once Political Allies

Inquirer Mindanao (PH)

The Ampatuans and the Mangudadatus were once political allies. In 2001, they even joined hands in toppling an incumbent governor from power. All that changed on Monday with the massacre of more than 40 people, including members of the Mangudadatu clan, in a village of Maguindanao province, where the Ampatuans have ruled unchallenged for years. The ties that bound the two clans began to fray in May this year when talk spread that Buluan Vice Mayor Esmael Mangudadatu would run for governor of Maguindanao in next May's elections. That seemed like a direct challenge on the Ampatuans' hold on power. The Ampatuans and the Mangudadatus are both political allies of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. ...

BART Officer, Passenger Injured In Scuffle Caught On Video

CNN

Video An Oakland, California-area transit police officer was captured on video forcing the head of an unruly man into a heavy-duty glass window, which shattered, during an arrest at a passenger station, authorities said. The video shows an unidentified Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) officer in a scuffle with a man identified by authorities as Michael Joseph Gibson, 37, of San Leandro, California. Gibson, who appears disgruntled and gesturing while on a train at the West Oakland station, is pulled off the train by an officer, who has the man in an arm grip. Once released, Gibson was booked into the Santa Rita County jail. He faces charges of battery on a police officer with injury and resisting arrest, both felonies, and public intoxication, a misdemeanor. The officer was placed on leave due to his injuries, authorities said. ...

Cell Phone Video: The Ever-Present Witness

Jessica Greene -- KNTV-TV

Over the weekend, a BART officer arrested a passenger who appeared to be intoxicated and was yelling racial slurs and profanity at other passengers on a train, according to the transit's spokesman. The officer pulled the passenger off the train at the West Oakland station and across the platform. Then they slammed into a plate glass window, sending glass flying and leaving them both bloodied. All of the facts could have been denied if it wan't for the gift of today's technology: handheld video capture. Someone inside the train shot the video; investigators will review the video and talk to other witnesses. ...

"We are ready and able to repay TARP," bank spokesman Scott Silvestri said this week. But the bank is "waiting for the government to establish the appropriate time," he said. This month, the federal government asked the largest banks that still hold TARP, including Bank of America, to submit their plans for how and when they expect to repay the money. The banks will have to show that they can raise money from private investors -- in other words, without government backing. They'll also have to show that, even without the TARP money, they would still meet stringent capital requirements that the government put in place after stress tests in the spring. ...

Pfizer Units' Damages For Menopause Drugs Exceed $165 Million

Jef Feeley and Sophia Pearson -- Bloomberg News

Pfizer's Wyeth subsidiary has been hit with five bad- conduct awards since juries began deciding lawsuits over the Prempro hormone-replacement medicine in 2006, said Zoe Littlepage, a lawyer representing women suing over the drug. Some of the awards have been reduced by judges or thrown out on appeal, Pfizer officials said. The total includes $28 million awarded today to Donna Kendall of Decatur, Illinois. A Pennsylvania judge today unsealed an earlier $75 million punitive award against Wyeth after the Kendall jury reached its verdict. The same jury ruled Nov. 20 that Wyeth and Pharmacia & Upjohn, another Pfizer unit, owed Kendall $6.3 million in compensatory damages. The Kendall case is Upjohn's second punitive-damage award. ...

March Report Podcast

News and Opinion Presented by Robert Jay March

52:36. Recorded
Friday, October 30, 2009
TOPICS DISCUSSED:

Is Glenn Beck a Hero, a Coward ... or BOTH?

Indisputibly, Glenn Beck has provided heroic service to this country on his radio and cable-tv program by exposing the unconstitutional socialization of the United States by the Obama Administration. That said, it appears that he has caved to pressure regarding Certifi-Gate, the occupation of the White House by a constitutionally ineligible electee. Robert Jay March thoroughly analyzes this, exposing the pressures that he and other on-air talent have had placed them by corporate honchos who care more about their profits than our country.
Fox News was set up by Roger Ailes, a former president of CNBC and the late, lamented America's Talking Network, the pre-cursor of MSNBC. March discusses the hidden motivation behind Ailes' building of Fox News into the only television news operation that is not a press-release service for the Obama Administration, not to mention crushing MSNBC and CNN. Do you think the execs at GE are wishing they could turn the clock back?
What does the late, unlamented Hernando Cortés have to do with MarchReport.com? Robert Jay March explains the two-month gap since his last podcast, as he worked behind the scenes to make MarchReport.com bigger and better, while burning all his other boats behind him. March describes how he came to be disabled and home-bound eight years ago, yet continued to work 100 to 120 hours a week running two businesses throughout it all.
Manuel Zelaya, the deposed President of Honduras, who was legally removed from office in accordance with the Honduran Constitution, is being returned to office as a result of pressure from the Obama administration. Hmmm ... they pressured the Honduran Government to restore a President who had violated their Constitution and been legally removed from office. Wonder why? March thinks he knows.

How Freeing Seven of Nine, Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix Zero-One From The Borg Collective Provoked a Constitutional Crisis On 21st-Century Earth
... or ...
Bait for the "Birther"-debunkers

by Robert Jay March

Actress Jeri Ryan, best known to the American public as "Seven of Nine" on the series "Star Trek -- Voyager," is responsible for the whole mess. No, I haven't taken leave of my senses ... not yet anyway ... as the following narrative will show.

In 1990, then-Jeri Lynn Zimmermann met future political candidate Jack Ryan, married him on June 15, 1991, and ultimately divorced him on August 27, 1999. When Jack Ryan was running for the Senate on the Republican ticket in 2004, WLS-TV, the Chicago ABC affiliate, sought to have his divorce and child custody records released. In print, if it bleeds it leads; on TV, if it skewers, it attracts viewers.

When the custody records were released after a protracted court battle, it was revealed that Jack Ryan had repeatedly asked, begged and cajoled Jeri to perform sexual acts in public in various sex clubs. Ms. Ryan described one of these clubs as "a bizarre club with cages, whips and other apparatus hanging from the ceiling." Obviously not a "family values" kind of guy, Jack Ryan's poll numbers were plummeting faster than an ejected warp-core falling into a black hole. He was force to withdraw from the race, and was replaced by Alan Keyes, who lost to ... wait for it ... Barack Obama!

Barack Obama's very first act as "President" made it illegal to release any of his records. "EXECUTIVE ORDER 13489 -- PRESIDENTIAL RECORDS," signed by Barack Obama on January 21, 2009, begins as follows: "By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America ..."

As I have said over and over and over again, if there is nothing to hide, why hide it? Yet, the very first thing he did as alleged-President was sign an Executive Order that locks all of his records -- including his personal ones -- away from public view. This leaves us in a legal mobius loop: If his personal records prove that he is ineligible, then he is not President, and the Executive Order is null and void, but in order to prove that he is ineligible, one must have access to his personal records. Quoting the eminent philosopher Homer Simpson,
   "DOH!"

It is interesting to note that, in the private sector, Obama was employed by the law firm of Miner, Barnhill & Galland, which describes itself as "one of the best-known and most experienced firms in the country in large-scale voting rights cases." As such, they have done extensive Constitutional research, such as that cited in a case wherein Obama was one of the lawyers representing ACORN, ACORN V. EDGAR.

It is rumored that Miner, Barnhill & Galland also researched ways and means of getting around Article II Section 1 of the Constitution ("No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President...") Now, read that Executive Order again.

If only Jeri had let her hubby get his freak on, the nation may have been spared all of this; but nooooooo, she left us with a typically-Republican sex scandal (two straight people and no sex) which ultimately led to a Constitutionally unqualified man being elected President.

By now, many of you are asking yourselves why I even bothered to write about this. Simple: half the country believes that Obama is not legally qualified, and the other half simply has not looked at the evidence, assuming we're all nuts, racists, or both.

Those people won't be able to resist reading this article: It embarrasses Republicans, it involves science fiction, has sex, intrigue, and a gorgeous woman whose talents let her rise to the top (or vice versa). They'll pass this around as evidence that the "Birthers" have finally lost it; and, a very few of them will be intrigued enough to actually check the facts, just as I did when I did not believe it, and realize that we're right.

Resistance is futile. It just takes a while.

NATO commitments could bring the total size of the deployment next year to close to the 40,000 requested by General Stanley McChrystal, the top U.S. and NATO commander in Afghanistan. Currently, there are 68,000 U.S. troops and 42,000 allied forces in Afghanistan. ...

Dana Milbank -- Washington Post

On the eve of Saturday's showdown in the Senate over health-care reform, Democratic leaders still hadn't secured the support of Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.), one of the 60 votes needed to keep the legislation alive. The wavering lawmaker was offered a sweetener: at least $100 million in extra federal money for her home state. And so it came to pass that Landrieu walked onto the Senate floor midafternoon Saturday to announce her aye vote -- and to trumpet the financial "fix" she had arranged for Louisiana. "I am not going to be defensive," she declared. "And it's not a $100 million fix. It's a $300 million fix." ...

The leader of Rhode Island's Catholics criticized the timing of Kennedy's decision to publicize what the bishop called a private, "pastoral" message. He termed "absolutely inaccurate" Kennedy's assertion that the bishop had instructed the priests of Rhode Island not to give him Communion. "If he took it as an instruction, so be it, but it was really a request," Bishop Tobin said upon releasing excerpts of a Feb. 21, 2007, letter to the Rhode Island Democrat. The bishop said he felt he had to comment on the letter because Kennedy had chosen to "break it open." "My correspondence with him was nearly three years ago -- and I think it's important to stress that -- [and] was intended to be personal and confidential and pastoral," the bishop said. A Domestic Islamic Threat Is Real, And The FBI Is Unprepared To Fight It

Reuel Marc Gerecht, Senior Fellow At The Foundation For Defense Of Democracies In The Wall Street Journal

For those of us who have tracked Islamic militancy in Europe, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan's actions are not extraordinary. Since Muslim militants first tried to blow a French high-speed train off its rails in 1995, European intelligence and internal-security services have increasingly monitored European Muslim radicals. Whether it's anti-Muslim bigotry, the large numbers of immigrant and native-born Muslims in Europe, an appreciation of how hard it is to become European, or just an understanding of how dangerous Islamic radicalism is, most Europeans are far less circumspect and politically correct when discussing their Muslim compatriots than are Americans. ...

 Opera Star Elizabeth Söderström Dead

Martin Kettle -- Guardian (UK)

Elizabeth Söderström was not so much a great soprano -- though she was one -- as a great actor and a remarkable woman. The feeling that touched an audience in a Söderström performance, though, was not the response to the voice, lovely though that was. It was the response to the person. Söderström possessed a remarkable ability to communicate the personality of the character she was portraying by drawing on things within her own personality. ...

Obama's Manager: FOX News-Ready

Mark Silva -- The Swamp

In the cause of a certain book's promotion, it appears, a waiver is being granted in the White House's war with FOX News. That book is Obama campaign manager David Plouffe's The Audacity to Win: The Inside Story and Lessons of Barack Obama's Historic Victory. For whatever complaints that Plouffe has about FOX, it appears, Greta Van Susteren's regular audience of about 2 million viewers is too much to resist in an inevitable book promotional tour of the networks. ...

The Book Of Genesis, Illustrated By R. Crumb

Henry Allen -- Washington Post

The words come from both the King James Version and a recent translation by Robert Alter. The pictures come from Crumb's pen, the same sort of art pen that he's done all of his life's work with -- all of it, no pastels, watercolors, pencil, just this pen scritching away for half a century in a fury of crosshatching and black-and-white starkness. God said . . . R. Crumb? Here they are, together at last on the first page of this book, Crumb drawing God as if he were a madman inventor, beard and hair down to his ankles, and the whites of his eyes showing over the tops of his irises and his hairy, thick-fingered hands grasping what looks like a combination of a circle saw and a black hole, "without form, and void."

Obama's Game Plan: Roadmap To Enforced Socialism

James Simpson -- American Thinker

Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven were two lifelong members of Democratic Socialists of America who taught sociology at Columbia University (Piven later went on to City University of New York). In a May 1966 Nation magazine article titled "The Weight of the Poor," they outlined their strategy, proposing to use grassroots radical organizations to push ever more strident demands for public services at all levels of government. The result, they predicted, would be "a profound financial and political crisis" that would unleash "powerful forces ... for major economic reform at the national level." It is that strategy we see unfolding before us, led by Barack Obama. ...

He also singled out radio talker Sean Hannity for "attacking" Obama regarding the president's "alleged associations." Ayers reportedly was involved in hiring Obama as chairman for the Chicago Annenberg Challenge -- a job Obama later touted as qualifying him to run for public office. ...

Barack Obama Admits He Will Miss Guantanamo Closing Deadline; Calls Stimulus Data Errors 'Side Issue'

FOX News

Barack Obama brushed off criticism over his administration's inaccurate reporting on job creation Wednesday, telling Fox News' Major Garrett the accounting is an "inexact science" and that any errors are a "side issue" when compared with the goal of turning the economy around. He said job growth is his No.1 responsibility. Obama also said Wednesday that he still plans to close the Guantanamo Bay detention camp next year even though his administration is widely expected to miss its self-imposed January 2010 deadline for shuttering the Cuba facility. ...

Obama Intel Pick Lauded Iranian Nuclear Program As 'Deterrent' Against Israel

Aaron Klein -- World Net Daily

The Obama administration's withdrawn nominee for a top intelligence post delivered a speech to a pro-Arab U.S. group in which he claimed that Israel has long assassinated peace-loving Palestinian leaders. Freeman was slated to head the National Intelligence Council but withdrew his nomination in March following revelations that he has financial ties to the infamous bin Laden family and that he sits on the board of a major oil company owned by the Chinese government that had been in the midst of a multibillion dollar deal with Iran that may violate U.S. sanctions. It is also alleged that Freeman once peddled a Saudi-funded book to U.S. public schools that falsely claims Muslims inhabited North America far before European explorers. ...

Obama's Secret Deal To Sabotage Israel

Barak Ravid and Natasha Mozgovaya -- Haaretz (IZ)

The reports indicated that Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad has reached a secret understanding with the Obama administration over U.S. recognition of an independent Palestinian state. No Prompter, No Facts

Mike Bates -- News Busters

In his remarks about the Fort Hood shootings, Barack Obama did it again, illustrating the dangers of his giving shout outs without a teleprompter. "I want to thank my Cabinet members and senior administration officials who participated today. I hear that Dr. Joe Medicine Crow was around, and so I want to give a shout out to that Congressional Medal of Honor winner. It's good to see you," Obama said. The problem: Crow is not a Medal of Honor recipient; he is a recipient of the Medal of Freedom, the nation's highest civilian honor. ...

Rants & Raves from Our Readers

A reader who wishes to remain anonymous sent in this criticism:

Mr. March, You linked the video of Hillary Clinton having what has been referred to as an 'outburst' on your site, yet, you did not explain the context. You omitted the truth and presented the situation as another crazy Clinton moment. You not only misportrayed the situation, you lost an opportunity to share/address the plight of women who have no rights in their country. I have been a long time reader of your March Report and have shared the Report with many people. I wrote to you addressing the Clinton video and have seen no retraction or explanation. I won't be referring anyone to this page anymore. My belief and trust that you maintain objectivity and research all sides has been permanently altered recently. Consevative or not, you have always seemed to work at being fair and true to journalism. I now am seeing you differently.

Robert Jay March Responds:

This reader has mischaracterized the report. In fact, we went out of way to add clarity to the situation. The copy proved by WMAQ-TV, the televsion station which provide the report through one of our syndicators, said "A Congolese university student seems to presume that Bill Clinton's opinion is more important than the current Secretary of State's." In order to portray the situation accurately, we rewrote the copy to read as follows (emphasis added): "As a result of a translator's error, a Congolese university student appears to presume that Bill Clinton's opinion is more important than the current Secretary of State's. Hillary explodes, and hilarity ensues. Oh, those wacky, wacky Clintons." That was all the information that was available on August 11, 2009, when we ran the story. Witty retort aside, we went out of our way to clarify the report. Further details from the State Department and the White House did not become available until the following day.

Another reader, who wish to be referred to by the nom de plume "Needles," has an unusual take on the Certifi-Gate crisis:

The birthers need to step back and consider the consequences of their actions. If Mr. Obama were to be declared ineligible, there are several possible outcomes. They could remove him from office and install Joe Biden as President. The argument would be made that if Mr. Obama was not eligible to run for President, then the ticket is invalid as well and Joe Biden should not be Vice President. The next person in the order of succession would be Speaker of the House; Nancy Pelosi. Because no eligible candidate received a majority of electoral votes, the selection of the President could be thrown into the House. Speaker Nancy Pelosi, would then be king-maker. The choices are Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi or someone Nancy Pelosi picks. Maybe it is best to leave the birth certificate matter alone.

Robert Jay March Responds:

Mr. Obama being declared ineligible does not legally invalidate Biden's election, provided he is qualified. Even if it did, the Constitution is too important to ignore; it is all that separates us from tyranny. Regardless of the consequences, if in fact Mr. Obama is ineligible, he must be removed. That said, all we have thus far is the preponderance of evidence leading to a likely conclusion, not conclusive facts. That is why the revelation of the long-form birth certificate is so important.

Finally, a third reader who wish to be referred to by the nom de plume "unihawker," writes:

Dear Mr. March, I was watching TV the other night and they showed a clip of Obama in Kenya during his trip there during the campaign. I am not sure if it was just some Freudian slip or not, but he said as he was waiving to the people greeting him, "Thank you, it is great to be back home". My question was, If he was not born in that country why would he call it home?

Robert Jay March Responds:

Good question, for which I have no answer. If this report is correct, it is yet another contribution to the preponderance of evidence that implies Mr. Obama is ineligible. A copy of the long form birth certificate would cost Mr. Obama $12; thus far he has spent $1.3 Million to avoid producing it. As in any investigation, follow the money: in this case, what money is being spent on to conceal.
