This new section is the equivalent of a newspaper's "Letters to the Editor" Section. Here, we will run and respond to e-mails from those who love us and those who hate us (we don't expect to hear much from those who couldn't care less). The names attributed to the comments were the names provided by the sender. You may use a nom de plume, if you wish to remain anonymous.
First, a few of the nice ones ...

Excellent overview of the news. Reports on issues others are afraid to do.

Love you Robert March! I look forward each and every day to The March Report. I love your style of writing ... straight forward and professional and love the occasional humor! Quite honestly I do not watch the MSM anymore or go to their websites ... they disgust me to no end! Now if you only had your own news show on TV...one can dream! I have told so many about your website and will continue to do so! God Bless you for all you do especially on Certifi-gate!
March Report response:
Thanks very much, belle femme brune aux yeux! As to The March Report. having our own news show on TV, that's not very likely. Given that Robert is disabled and homebound, it would have to be shot here rather than in a studio. Also, we'd probably cost whatever broadcasting or cable network who picked us up every advertiser they've got, as we are neither liberal, nor conservative, not libertarian, nor any definable category; we don't pay attention to talking points from the DNC or the RNC. Our policy is not to lie to anyone, about anything, ever. Robert's personal motto, as well as that of the entire March Report organization (vast enterprise that it is) is "Do what's right, no matter what the cost. It always costs. Do what's right anyway." Can you imagine a TV show like that? TV networks and large media organizations seems to believe, "Do what's right, unless it costs us money. Then, lie through your teeth."

Excellent alternative to the Drudge Report! At least as much info, but much more entertaining, and the presentation is much more professional

Robert, I've been receiving your report for only a couple of months but I find it very interesting and highly informative with facts, not lies. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of ranting now and then.
March Report response:
You're very welcome, and feel free to write anytime. We actually read all of your e-mails, whether they agree with us or not. We'd also like to hear if there are any ares of coverage you'd like to see that we're not doing now. We're not promising you'll like what we say on a given issue, but we'll cover it if we're are able.

It is my opinion that tabloids have become more credible as a source of news than high profile and national news agencies of ALL types in our country. These newspapers, news stations, internet, etc. seem to have abandoned any journalistic ethic or human decency in their reporting. They seem to be held accountable for nothing while the tabloids can get sued. The March Report is a refreshing break from the daily onslaught of the simplistic propaganda that seems to imply that Americans are all idiots. It is filled with critical thinking! (Do we remember what that looks like in print?!). Facts are allowed to be followed bipartisanly. That means that a fact has one side. Once a fact is established we do not have to confuse the issue with presenting "both" sides. The March Report is a credible source of news!

Marchesa sent this, apparently in response to our Certifi-Gate coverage:
The enemy does not want to see this man of God in the position of President of the United States. But the Psalms say that promotion comes from God. I think that it is fit that God silence the mouths of the adversary and bring their false words and accusations to naught and render them void and without substance. That is how I am praying.
Olivia from Sugar Hill, GA wrote a long one, full of mis-information. We will respond below her e-mail:
Well sir, I hope you can find it in your "fair and balanced" view to share this email with other readers, as you seem to like to mock or ridicule your opposition. I hope that my proper use of American English is not dismissed for an occasional misspelled word or use of popular vernacular.
I personally don't feel that you are racist per se; especially since you have identified yourself to be an African-American man. I can easily see this in the fact that you have something very much in common with many other African-Americans; it's called the "conspiracy theory syndrome." However, I don't believe that you are self-less in your efforts; that would be a little too gullible of a judgment. No, I believe that you are much more akin to the politics of Sarah Palin. The correct terminology would be "opportunist," and fortunately (or not for you), all good things must come to an end. Your so-called "Cerifi-Gate" scandal has ended, and did sometime ago when it was dismissed by the Courts. Now, I am no Constitutional Scholar, but I can read, something you apparently didn't expect the readers of your blog to do.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but it is probably best that you move on to other news since your blog has not been picked up, nor endorsed by any major news affiliate, nor purchased by any company. It is probably because your online insults directed towards those who disagree with you is so "yesterday's news." Your so-called editorials are very reminiscent of an eighth-graders rant on a playground. It is time for you to get a real job and move out of your mother's basement. Now that we have a new president, that would be President Elect Barak H. Obama, your opportunities for employment have just improved.
March Report response:
Where to begin, as virtually every sentence in Olivia's e-mail is incorrect.
Robert Jay March NEVER, EVER claimed to be African-American; he said he is racially mixed; specifically, part Oriental, going back several generations.
She suggests we are "opportunists," comparing us to a political figure that she envisions as being the same. Exactly what opportunity is it that she imagines we are seeking? Mr. March owns two businesses, belongs to NO political party, and will never run for political office. He could never win if he did, as he judges each issue on the merits rather than on party talking points, and holds views that would infuriate the left, right, and center simultaneously.
The Certifi-Gate issue itself has never been dismissed by any court; those individual cases that were dismissed were dismissed on the basis of "lack of standing," "lack of jurisdiction," or "failure to show harm." In other words, the courts were afraid to take it on, and dismissed on a Rube Goldberg technicality.
She claims, "your blog has not been picked up, nor endorsed by any major news affiliate, nor purchased by any company." I don't know where she gets her information from, but if she paid for it, she'd better get a refund. The March Report has syndication arrangements with over 300 major media outlets, and is not for sale at any price.
She also says, "It is time for you to get a real job and move out of your mother's basement." Robert Jay March has two jobs, working between 100 to 120 hours per week seven days a week, despite being disabled and homebound for seven years. He is the President of two companies, owns his own home, and, despite his own disability, took care of his disabled mother personally and at his own expense for 32 years until she died peacefully at the age of 80, while raising a daughter alone.
We are perfectly comfortable listening to and evaluating criticism, provided it is based on fact. Most of the criticism sent here has been sent by those who have never even bothered reading The March Report, using the techniques popularized by Marxist Saul Alinsky, particulary Rule Five of his Rules for Radicals: "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage," and Rule Six, "Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it." He should have added, "Get your facts straight first."
Yes, we use ridicule in our responses, but only towards those who have used it against us first. The difference in our approach is, WE tell the truth. Perhaps you should try it, Olivia.
