At the request of some of our readers, discerning and literate bunch that you all are, commencing with the May 1, 2008 issue we began archiving the March Report in a form suitable for presentation. Be advised that some of the links to external sites on the archived pages will have gone dead. Morte. Kaputski. That being the case, archives will be deleted, or replaced with an image of the headline area only, as the page itself becomes useless (assuming that it wasn't to begin with, which may be presumptuous in and of itself).

The Next Senator Kennedy?
Maybe, Maybe Not.

by Robert Jay March

Back in the 1980s, a story was making the rounds on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. At a CitiBank branch on Broadway in the West 80's, a young woman tried to jump to the front of a long line, to get to the teller first. When an older woman on the line objected, the younger one allegedly said, "Do you know who I am?"

The younger woman was Caroline Kennedy, and that statement, "Do you know who I am?", seems to sum up her campaign to be appointed to the senate seat being vacated by Hillary Clinton.

Yes, I know who Caroline Kennedy is, but it doesn't entitle her to jump to the front of the line. Is she qualified to serve in the Senate? I don't have the foggiest idea, and it seems that no one else does either. Being the daughter of a former, iconic President does not qualify her to serve in the senate. Being the heiress to the myth of Camelot does not qualify her to serve in the senate.

All everyone supporting her seems to be able to cite as her qualifications is the fact that she served on the Board of Education, she's a Kennedy, uber-rich NY Mayor Mike Bloomberg supports her, she's a Kennedy, she's so rich she won't owe anyone anything, she's a Kennedy, and, oh, did I mention, she's a Kennedy.

When asked recently by an Associated Press Reporter why she had voted so infrequently, she replied "I was really surprised and dismayed by my voting record. I'm glad it's been brought to my attention." Say what? She really must reprimand her staff. One can't get good help these days, can one? What's a multi-millionairess to do?

Maybe she is qualified. May someone from the AP just needs to bring her qualifications to her attention. Maybe she'll be a wonderful Senator. Can someone just tell me why? "Do you know who I am?" just doesn't cut it.

On the other hand, it was good enough for her predecessor.

From The Left: Moderate Obama Causes Progressive Panic

Darren Hutchinson -- Dissenting Justice
Progressives so desperately wanted a left-leaning president -- without Clinton as a surname -- that they projected their own political fantasies upon Obama. Progressives constructed Obama, with his tacit acceptance, as the progressive leader they "had been waiting for." They also reacted swiftly to any dissenting voice that offered a complicated appraisal of Obama. For example, progressives responded with hostility when liberal New York Times columnist Paul Krugman began criticizing Obama's economic and healthcare proposals and statements he made on the campaign trail. Often, the popular media along with progressives would imply that people who preferred Clinton or McCain over Obama were racists. This racist lot included Latinos who voted for Clinton during the primaries, but who later fueled Obama's general election victories in Nevada, New Mexico, and Colorado ...

Part 53 Of Certifi-Gate, Our Special Report On Barack Obama's Legal Eligibility To Serve As President Of The United States

Robert Jay March -- March Report
"Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed." So says the Declaration of Independence. "From the consent of the governed." Those are not just flowery words; they are the very heart and soul of American Democracy, which must be protected from assault by those greedy for power.
Be of good cheer. Contrary to what you may have read in anti-Certifi-Gate blogs, the case -- cases, really, against Barry Saetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama is alive and well.
In today's issue, we have a March Report Exclusive: a thought-provoking 15 minute audio interview with Philip J. Berg, Esq., the courageous Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Mr. Obama's lack of qualifications to serve as President of the United States. All that was denied in yesterday's Supreme Court hearing was Phil Berg's attempt to leap-frog one of the cases past the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, where it is still pending.
I called Berg "courageous" because he is our modern-day George Washington, leading the fight to prevent the destruction of the Constitution, without which we would be governed by the whims of those in power at any given time. Our founding fathers crafted this precious document as the rule book for future generations, generations who would not have personal experience with living under a despot. Ever since the dawn of the idiotic concept of the Constitution being a "living document," which means what we want it to mean at any given time, it has been under assault by those who would impose their will on the rest of us. The Constitution is not a "living document," it is set in stone. It means exactly what the words meant at the time they were written. If you feel the "Natural Born Citizen" clause is outdated, the way to deal with that is by the Amendment process.
Our Founders wisely realized that they could not possibly anticipate everything the future might hold, and created the Amendment process, deliberately difficult, to change the Constitution. This should be done rarely, and only in the most dire circumstances. We live in an era where neither pundits nor politicians knew the correct definition of "high crimes and misdemeanors" during the Clinton impeachment (the actual definition is those crimes and misdemeanors for which the perpetrator would normally be insulated from punishment by virtue of his high position.) We live in an era where the Senate was, until yesterday, prepared to deny admission to a Senator legally and properly appointed by a sitting Governor, yet grant admission to an unelected poser whose "election" has not been certified due to ongoing litigation over allegations of fraud. Our lawmakers do not know the law.
That's why we have the Constitution. It's to prevent those who have managed to get elected or appointed to positions of power from saying, "The law is what we say it is today; the law will be what we say it is tomorrow. You have no standing to object. You haven't been admitted to the "club."
Every time a law is passed, another little piece of your freedom is chipped away. That's why our Founders deliberately made it difficult to pass or change laws; but, as the years have gone by, and we have gone from a nation of revolutionaries to a nation of fat, lazy, tv-intoxicated dullards, the Constitution has been being shredded in slow motion. Now, enter the faux-messiah, who wants to complete the job in one final rip.
Please listen attentively to this interview. Download it and pass it around. Send links to this page to everyone you know. Above all, when you go to bed at night, thank whatever force, concept or deity you relate to as God that a man like Phil Berg lives among us. He would have been at home in 1776.

March Report Under Attack.
Apparently, the Obaminions have taken notice of us, and decided to swat us. I can't go into details because of possible litigation, but let it suffice to say that powerful, politically-connected forces in Chicago have launched an attack against us, trying to shut us up. Paraphrasing Bush 41, or maybe it was Dana Carvey, "Not gonna happen--not at this juncture."
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said: "If you want to be important -- wonderful. If you want to be recognized -- wonderful. If you want to be great -- wonderful. But, recognize that he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. That's a new definition of greatness."
The March Report has been, and will remain, your servant in collecting and disseminating information on the unprecedented power-grab we call Certifi-Gate. In the Declaration of Independence, the Founders said, "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor." I can do no less. Although I am disabled and homebound, I have been working over 100 hours a week to get this information out, and, while there is breath left in me, I will continue. To do any less would squander the sacrifices of every soldier, sailor, and patriot who came before me.
Wresting control of American Democracy away from those who would destroy it is our "Promised Land." I may not get there with you, but I'll be among those leading the way until I fall for the last time.

If you're here for the first time, and would like to see our previous coverage to get caught up, go to our
Certifi-Gate Page, wherein all the stories we have run thus far on this situation are gathered together ...

The Traitors In Congress

Lynn Stuter -- News With Views
But indifference of the facts is not an excuse for the failure by Senators and Representatives to uphold the U.S. Constitution and their oath of office. It has been proven, beyond reasonable doubt, that Barack Hussein Obama is not an American citizen and is not, therefore, eligible to the office of president under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, United States Constitution. In violation of Barack Obama's promise to run an open and transparent transition to the next administration, an associate of convicted document thief Sandy Berger has been secretly meeting with far-left groups under the auspices of the Obama-Biden Transition Project to develop a range of pro-U.N. policies.
