At the request of some of our readers, discerning and literate bunch that you all are, commencing with the May 1, 2008 issue we began archiving the March Report in a form suitable for presentation. Be advised that some of the links to external sites on the archived pages will have gone dead. Morte. Kaputski. That being the case, archives will be deleted, or replaced with an image of the headline area only, as the page itself becomes useless (assuming that it wasn't to begin with, which may be presumptuous in and of itself).

C.B.O. Projects $1.2 Trillion Deficit For Current Fiscal Year

Greg Hitt -- Wall Street Journal
The forecast comes as Mr. Obama, who takes office Jan. 20, is readying action on a huge plan to revive the sagging U.S. economy. The Next Senator Kennedy?
Maybe, Maybe Not.

by Robert Jay March

Back in the 1980s, a story was making the rounds on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. At a CitiBank branch on Broadway in the West 80's, a young woman tried to jump to the front of a long line, to get to the teller first. When an older woman on the line objected, the younger one allegedly said, "Do you know who I am?"

The younger woman was Caroline Kennedy, and that statement, "Do you know who I am?", seems to sum up her campaign to be appointed to the senate seat being vacated by Hillary Clinton.

Yes, I know who Caroline Kennedy is, but it doesn't entitle her to jump to the front of the line. Is she qualified to serve in the Senate? I don't have the foggiest idea, and it seems that no one else does either. Being the daughter of a former, iconic President does not qualify her to serve in the senate. Being the heiress to the myth of Camelot does not qualify her to serve in the senate.

All everyone supporting her seems to be able to cite as her qualifications is the fact that she served on the Board of Education, she's a Kennedy, uber-rich NY Mayor Mike Bloomberg supports her, she's a Kennedy, she's so rich she won't owe anyone anything, she's a Kennedy, and, oh, did I mention, she's a Kennedy.

When asked recently by an Associated Press Reporter why she had voted so infrequently, she replied "I was really surprised and dismayed by my voting record. I'm glad it's been brought to my attention." Say what? She really must reprimand her staff. One can't get good help these days, can one? What's a multi-millionairess to do?

Maybe she is qualified. May someone from the AP just needs to bring her qualifications to her attention. Maybe she'll be a wonderful Senator. Can someone just tell me why? "Do you know who I am?" just doesn't cut it.

On the other hand, it was good enough for her predecessor.

Electoral Votes Counted

Reuters
Video The U.S. Congress officially declared Barack Obama as the next president of the United States in a ceremonial, yet constitutionally required state by state tally of the electoral college votes. In U.S. elections, the winner of the popular vote -- Obama in this case with nearly 67 million votes -- does not necessarily win the presidency. That decision falls to the 538 members of the Electoral College, party faithful allotted to each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia based on their representation in the U.S. Congress or population ...

Dave McKinney -- Chicago Sun-Times
When former Chicago television broadcaster Bob Arya joined Gov. Blagojevich's staff as a senior advisor in November 2006, the governor described him as "a real asset to my administration." But when Arya's run with Blagojevich came to an end, he had a story to tell - one of intense jealousies by the governor toward President-elect Barack Obama, House Speaker Michael Madigan (D-Chicago) and others, a terrorized staff, and emotional instabilities that Arya said demonstrate the need for a psychological evaluation by the legislative panel weighing the governor's impeachment ...

Part 51 Of Certifi-Gate, Our Special Report On Barack Obama's Legal Eligibility To Serve As President Of The United States

Robert Jay March -- March Report
Jimmy Durante once said, "Everybody wants to get inna de act." Now, Pravda, the long-time propaganda organ of the old Soviet Union, has published a lengthy article on the Certifi-Gate Scandal, which we link to below. The whole world seems to know what 41 per cent of the American Public -- and all of the mainstream media -- refuse to accept. Don't think they won't use it against us.
As shown below, even the State of Hawaii won't accept their own "Certificate of Live Birth" for their Home Lands Homestead program. Why should we accept it as proof of Natural Born Citizenship (even if it weren't a forgery)?

Michelle Obama tapes -- Again
Arap Korir of African Press International has posted on his wordpress blog an article entitled, "API to sue Fox News Network next week for breach of agreement on the Michelle Obama tape." We've decided not to link to it here because, frankly, Mr. Korir has lost all credibility with us.
We had given quite a bit of exposure to API here in the past, but too many of his claims have defied credulity, and he has ignored requests to explain himself. Rather than rehash it here, we discussed the whys and wherefors of this in detail during the 23-minute audio interview with Lisa Liberei, Phil Berg's assistant, which we did in early December. You can
access it on our Certifi-Gate page.
I still hold out the the hope that Mr. Korir may be telling the truth, but that hope is quickly fading; simply too many things he has claimed have not checked out. We've left the door open to Mr. Korir to speak or write to us to assuage our concerns, but he has not done so, despite the fact that he eagerly spoke with us when we offered our help when he had his problems with wordpress. Until he explains himself, The March Report cannot rely upon the accuracy of anything from African Press International. Until such time as we receive evidence to the contrary, we regard the "Michelle Obama tape" and "Imam" stories to be unreliable.

Dis-Information
My personal suspicion, based on nothing but Kentucky windage, is that Mr. Korir is a dis-infomation agent of the Obama camp. Dis-information is an old technique whereby, if a story is about to leak that you want to discredit, you plant information about that story that is so volatile that it sucks all the air out of the other aspects of the story. Then, when the planted story is proven false, in an orchestrated move, the public then assumes that all aspects of anything related to the story are false.
The use of the technique is not limited to Democrats. You will all recall the case of the forged letters about George W. Bush that ultimately caused CBS to fire Dan Rather. The public at large assumed that this story was faked by Rather and his staff as a hit job on President Bush. The March Report has it on reliable authority that this story was in fact planted by Karl Rove's operation, as a means of discrediting the underlying story about George W. Bush's military record. The underlying story was true, but the documents were obvious fabrications, and when that was exposed, anything related to the story lost all credibility. Thus, by means of dis-information, a true story that might have cost President Bush re-election was swept out of play.

Obama in the Comics
The usurper-in-chief appears in a special issue of Spider-Man, who prevents the disruption of his inauguration by the Chameleon. I didn't know Phil Berg had a secret identity.

Pravda Calls Obama "Deceiver, Cheat, Swindler, Liar, Fraudster, Con Artist"

Mark S. McGrew --Pravda (RU)
Who, what organization, has had the time and the resources, to move throughout our political system, convincing Congressmen, Senators, both Federal and State, 50 Governors, Attorney Generals, Secretaries of State, hundreds of State legislators, thousands of local, county, State and Federal political party hacks, FBI, CIA and various State and Federal agencies, Federal Courts, even the US Supreme Court ... who has that ability to keep all these people silent? Who has the ability to force the entire Republican Party, Nationwide, Statewide and even local politicians into stone cold silence without a peep being uttered against Obama? Would it not make sense for the Republican Party to expose him, or at least pose questions? ...

Even Hawaii Regards C.O.L.B. As Insufficient For Its Own Programs

March Report

PDF File The State of Hawaii itself recognizes the difference and plainly states the unsuitability of the Certification vs the Certificate in an application for their Home Lands Homestead program, qualification for which requires proof of Hawaiian ancestry. Since we originally ran this story, they've changed the website to make it seem that a C.O.L.B is fine and dandy, but we had the foresight to make a pdf copy of the page back in January of 2009, before the change was made.
