At the request of some of our readers, discerning and literate bunch that you all are, commencing with the May 1, 2008 issue we began archiving the March Report in a form suitable for presentation. Be advised that some of the links to external sites on the archived pages will have gone dead. Morte. Kaputski. That being the case, archives will be deleted, or replaced with an image of the headline area only, as the page itself becomes useless (assuming that it wasn't to begin with, which may be presumptuous in and of itself).

RNC Lawsuits Attack McCain-Feingold
Ross Kaminsky -- Human Events

The theory of BCRA is to minimize corruption, but the RNC asserts "there is no possible corruption in allowing us to be coordinated with a candidate." The corruption question is a likely key to any Supreme Court decision. According to Duncan, "Practice has shown us on an as-applied basis that there is no corruption. Actually, the corruption may have been pushed to third parties who can engage in many activities using non-federal money -- activities that we as a national party can't be engaged in -- yet they don't have the transparency or accountability that the national party does." He is likely to find at least a few allies in that view on the Supreme Court ...

Part 20 Of Certifi-Gate, Our Special Report On Barack Obama's Legal Eligibility To Serve As President Of The United States
Robert Jay March -- March Report

The deeper I get into this situation, the more I despair for the future of our country. We and others have proven beyond any conceivable doubt that Barack Obama does not meet the legal requirements to serve as President of the United States. Collectively, we've provided many man-months of research and forensic analysis, and the logic is irrefutable. What is the response from those on the other side? Well-reasoned refutation? Evidence (other than forgeries so bad that they're insulting)? No, just name calling, cyber-attacks and a refusal to face the facts.
     Today, on the
"Mountain Sage" Blog, numerous comments were posted ridiculing African Press International and our defense of API. In particular, our reference to Chief Editor Korir's trip to the UK was greeted with remarks such as "Also noted is this from the MarchReport article which is at the new API site: 'All of this took place while Mr. Korir was en route from Norway to the UK regarding arrangements for release of the Michelle Obama Tapes.' What? I thought he went to Canada?" and "I thought he was going to Canada?? Which is is??" [sic]
Mountain Sage is the blog that Mr. Korir alleges was involved in mass-spamming his old Word Press site, leading to its demise. See this from the old API site.
I posted the reply, "Canada is in the United Kingdom." The thread then went dead. For the benefit of those 'commentators,' here's a link to the Canada-United Kingdom Chamber of Commerce web site. Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right, here I am, stuck in the middle of a constitutional crisis with you! And THESE are the people who presume to insult Mr. Korir's intelligence and integrity. Puh-leeez! Get a geography book.
Today, we present a full-page ad run in the Washington Times Weekly on November 17, 2008 to educate the public on this issue and solicit support; a link to API's new site, which is up-and-running despite the best efforts of the kool-aide drinkers, a look at the documentary "How Obama Got Elected," and information on Article III of the Constitution and the Marbury v. Madison decision, which lay the foundation for the Supreme Court's authority in this matter.
Of course, I'm preaching to the choir. Those that actually need to learn this material won't bother reading it. I have seen the future, and it's Wayne's World after a pre-frontal lobotomy ... on a good day.

If you're here for the first time, and would like to see our previous coverage to get caught up, go to our Certifi-Gate Page, wherein all the stories we have run thus far on this situation are gathered together. ...

Four Questions For The Trojan Candidate
texasdarlin.wordpress.com

Under Article III of the Constitution, the Supreme Court clearly has the jurisdiction to decide the matter. Legal scholars will point to Marbury v. Madison as precedent if the full Supreme Court accepts the writ, orders the lower Court in error, directs it to secure Obama's documentation, and chastises the DNC, FEC, the PA state agencies, the Senate, and Senator Obama for not doing their job, and not forcing the production of documents itself, while still retaining jurisdiction ...

Marbury V. Madison
Wikipedia

The government of the United States has been emphatically termed a government of laws and not of men. It will certainly cease to deserve this high appellation, if the laws furnish no remedy for the violation of a vested legal right." One of the key legal principles on which Marbury relies is the notion that for every violation of a vested legal right, there must be a legal remedy.
In support of his position in Marbury v. Madison, Chief Justice John Marshall looked to the nature of the written Constitution -- there would be no point of having a written Constitution if the courts could just ignore it ...

The Election Results And The Certifi-Gate Scandal
by Robert Jay March

Originally Published on Wednesday, November 5, 2008

As this is being written at 10:59 PM on November 4, the cable news and broadcast networks have just this minute projected Senator Barack Obama as the winner of the election; it seems that the next President of the United States will be a Democrat. But, which Democrat?

Supreme Court Associate Justice David Hackett Souter (who usually votes with the liberal wing of the court) has ordered that the defendants in Philip J. Berg v. Barack Obama, et al. "are required to respond to Berg's Writ of Certiorari" by Dec. 1. In simple English, that means Barack Obama may (or may not, depending on how Souter rules after receiving Obama's response and Berg's response to that) be required by the Supreme Court to provide valid documents that prove he is a "natural born" citizen of the United States and thus legally eligible to serve as President as required by Article II of the Constitution.

As we have conclusively proven (see our Certifi-Gate page), Barack Obama is NOT a natural born citizen of the United States, and thus is legally ineligible to serve as President. All of the "proofs" he has provided have been exposed by us and others as forgeries, by means of forensic analysis.

To those of you who have been sending us hate mail: THIS IS NOT ABOUT RACE. THIS IS NOT ABOUT POLITICS. THIS IS NOT ABOUT LEFT OR RIGHT. IT IS ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION.

I (Robert Jay March, editor and Publisher of The March Report) am a racially-mixed, non-Christian American. I even have Muslim members of my extended family, some of whom even have Hussein as their surname. For the record, I am a former Catholic who converted to Buddhism 37 years ago. I am not affiliated with ANY political party. My views are to the right on some issues, to the left on others (Don't get me started).

To the greater number of you who have shown their support with encouraging e-mails, or by subscribing to our Daily Alert Newsletter: take heart. This, too, shall pass.

It is a testament to the tremendous progress America has made over the last generation that centuries of prejudice have been swept aside, allowing a clearly color-blind vote to be cast. That is a cause for celebration. I am old enough to remember being horrified as I watched Bull Connor on 16mm film, as shown on the Huntley-Brinkley Report, turn high-pressure water jets and set attack dogs on civil rights protesters, who were only attempting to claim the rights every human being is entitled to, regardless of race, creed, color, gender, or sexual orientation.

The problem we face is, the candidate that has been elected, the candidate that has shattered that barrier, cannot legally serve.

We now have a constitutional crisis on our hands. Will Justice Souter ignore the Constitution and sweep this under the rug, or will he disqualify Senator Obama, thus leaving us with President Biden? How will the country and the world at large react if Barack Obama, the first person of color elected President, is disqualified, or, worse yet, removed from office after he is inaugurated? For the sake of the country, it would have been better if this had been resolved before the election. Paraphrasing Oliver Norville Hardy, "Barry, here's another nice mess you've gotten [us] into."

The best resolution to this, in my humble opinion, is a Constitutional Amendment to allow naturalized citizens to serve as President. Then, Obama can come clean, get naturalized, and face Arnold Schwarzenegger in 4 years.

"Tague Dat, Meesta Prezeedend!"
