Part 9 Of Certifi-Gate, Our Special Report On Barack Obama's Legal Eligibility To Serve As President Of The United States

Recap: Philip J. Berg, Esq, Former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, alleges that Barack Obama is not eligible for the Office of the President of the United States because Obama was born in Kenya and is an Indonesian citizen. Judge Surrick signed a ruling stating that Berg did not have standing to bring the case. Berg is appealing to the Supreme Court and has filed a request with the United States Supreme Court for an injunction delaying the presidential election pending resolution of the citizenship issue.
     Surrick originally ruled against Obama, deciding that he was not a "natural born" or "naturalized" citizen, and was therefor ineligible to serve as President of the United States. He also ordered that the Democratic National Committee cease all campaign activity on behalf Obama, and that his name be removed from all election ballots
     That decision was then spiked, pulled off the court's computers, and replaced with the current decision favoring Obama, but not before a story written by Daniel Downs, an Obama supporter, was posted on the Greene County Dailies website. The story was then removed from the Greene County Dailies website, but not before it was cached. We presented the cashed copy yesterday, as well as a posting of the same story that is still on the Boston Herald Website.
     We have also learned that the current decision was not written by Judge Surrick at all, but was faxed to him from elsewhere.
     NEW: Hawaii Department of Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino has released a statement certifying that the birth certificate released to the public is genuine, and that Obama is a US citizen.
     "Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obamas original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."
     Hmmm. Problem is, we proved that certificate was a fake nearly a week ago, and that it was produce with technology that did not exist until 15 years after Obama was born. Today, we present a forensic analysis of the Obama-presented document, which again proves, in much greater detail, just how poor a forgery it is
     Over and above Certifi-Gate, a story has come out that shows why early voting is an awful idea.
     Senator Barack Obama, in an audio recording in his own voice, has said that energy prices will skyrocket under his administration. In an explosive interview with The San Francisco Chronicle, which the paper had buried until now, after days of early voting has already taken place, Sen. Obama said, "So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it's just that it will bankrupt them because they're going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that's being emitted."
     Are greenhouse gases really the cause of Global Warming? In the Science Section, we're re-running a story from last February entitled "Mars Melt Hints at Solar, Not Human, Cause for Warming, Scientist Says." This story is not from some crackpot blog, it's from National Geographic News. It covers one of the many research projects, ignored or mocked by the mainstream media, that Global Warming is NOT man-made, and that greenhouse gases are NOT the cause of Global Warming. According to Habibullo Abdussamatov, the head of the Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory in Russia, "The long-term increase in solar irradiance is heating both Earth and Mars."
     According to a NASA funded study, Since the late 1970s, the amount of solar radiation the sun emits, during times of quiet sunspot activity, has increased by nearly .05 percent per decade, according to a NASA funded study. "This trend is important because, if sustained over many decades, it could cause significant climate change," said Richard Willson, a researcher affiliated with NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies and Columbia University's Earth Institute, New York. He made this statement FIVE YEARS AGO. Solar radiation has been increasing since the late 19th century, a period co-incident with our change from an agrarian to an industrial society. This is the cause of Global Warming, NOT greenhouse gases.
