The aim of the March Report is to provide you with information on all sides of the important issues of the day. To the best of our ability, we will not skew our coverage to the left, right or center. We say "to the best of our ability" because, now matter how hard someone tries, absolute objectivity is impossible. For example (and in our opinion), a certain cable news outlet genuinely tries to be "Fair and Balanced," yet it is indisputable that their coverage skews to the right. Others' coverage skews to the left. Does this imply some grand conspiracy? NO! It simply means that, despite their good faith attempt to be balanced, their deeply held convictions cannot help but seep through. We all analyze the information presented to us through the filter of our own lifetime of experiences. A liberal, a conservative, a libertarian and a socialist could, in good faith, objectively analyze a series of news stories on a given issue, and arrive at four different opinions; and, they would ALL be right. In our presentation of the news stories we select to link to on the March Report, we hope to be as balanced as our abilities allow; but, those of us working on the March Report also have our own lifetimes of experiences, so please forgive the occasional lapse and call it to our attention. In our Editorials, we will attempt to lay out the data that we have evaluated that led us to the conclusion we have come to. It is NOT our intent to sway you, simply to state what we believe and why we believe it. If, after reading one of our Editorials, you come to share our opinion, fine. If you disagree, that's fine too, provided that you've done the work of actually evaluating and assessing the information. The March Report is a real news site, but with a dose of humor. The site slogan is "News and Information Presented Daily in The March Report, with Gales of Derisive Laughter." While not as serious as the Drudge report, neither is it a comedy site such as thedailyshow.com. Rather, we'd analogize it to a group of people discussing the news around the water cooler or office coffee machine. There's always one idiot who, while well informed, makes sarcastic comments a la Johnny Carson's monologue. The March Report strives to be that idiot. We hope that you'll make a habit of visiting us every day, 7 days a week. We also hope that you will support our advertisers, in that the revenue generated is what pays the bills, thus making the March Report possible. That said, welcome aboard. As Rick said to Captain Renault at the end of Casablanca, "Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship." They didn't agree, but each had earned the respect of the other. Philip J. Berg, Esq, Former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, alleges that Barack Obama is not eligible for the Office of the President because Obama is an Kenyan citizen. Obama failed to comply with Requests for Admissions in the case, Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083, and thus all of the Admissions directed to Obama and the DNC are deemed "admitted." "By not filing the answers or objections, the defense has admitted everything. He admits he was born in Kenya. He admits he was adopted in Indonesia. He admits that the documentation posted online is a phony. And he admits that he is constitutionally ineligible to serve as president of the United States."

 There is a federal lawsuit against Democratic Presidential nominee, Illinois Sen. Barack Obama. It claims the candidate is not a natural born citizen of the United States, and therefore is ineligible to run for president under the U.S. Constitution. A University of Toledo law graduate is responsible for filing this lawsuit ...

Steven Marquis, a resident of Fall City, Wash., a town about 30 miles southeast of Seattle, has filed a lawsuit against Washington Secretary of State Sam Reed, demanding that Mr. Reed verify Mr. Obama's citizenship status. The complaint seeks specifically that the office of the Washington Secretary of State verify and certify that Mr. Obama is or is not a "natural born" citizen by producing original or certified verifiable official documents. The lawsuit argues that this certification should take place before the election to preclude a constitutional crisis ...

Another intervening motion was filed today in the ongoing federal suit against Barack Obama. This motion, filed pro se by "U.S. Citizen and voter" Judson Witham of Provo, Utah, is the third such motion for leave to intervene filed in this case. As I mentioned when the others were filed, I feel as though we should continue to focus our attention on the case-in-chief. ...

"He was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner; says Michelle Obama on telephone to API." This is a very interesting turn of events. The American man Dr Corsi was recently reported to have been arrested in Kenya because there was fear that he might reveal information on Obama when he wanted to hold a press conference in Nairobi. The question now is why he was arrested and who ordered his arrest. Was Obama's hand in this in any way? We will never know the truth but what is clear is that Dr Corsi was seen as a threat while in Kenya.
  When API asked Mrs Obama to comment on why Dr Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya's Prime Minister Mr Raila Odinga was involved in Dr Corsi's arrest, she got irritated and and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency
  On Farakhan and his ministry, Mrs Obama told API that it was unfortunate that Mr Farakhan came out the way he did supporting her husband openly before the elections was over. That was not wholehearted support but one that was calculated to convince the American people that my husband will support the growth of muslim faith if he became the president, adding "even if my husband was able to prove that he is not a Muslim, he will not be believed by those who have come out strongly to destroy his chances of being the next President. Do real people expect someone to deny a religion when 80 percent of his relatives are Muslims?; Mrs Obama asked.
  Mrs Obama asked API to write a good story about her husband and that will earn API an invitation to the innoguration ceremony when, as she put it , her husband will be installed as the next President of the United States of America next year ...

Common sense, for the past two months, has told me that Philip Berg's case will be eventually dismissed on grounds of lack of standing. Nevertheless, I have had a gut feeling that Judge Surrick may very well just surprise us all -- the information I have been getting over the past 24-36 hours reinforces that gut feeling ...

"API is not out to convince the American public of anything. We do not want to influence the outcome of the U.S. presidential elections. API got a true story and published it" ... "Even if our recordings or any other recordings had surfaced after the elections and if the contents were damaging to the elected person that still could have caused any elected president to vacate the White House. The recordings that API will release soon will not lie to the American people. Philip Berg is arguing because Obama's camp is refusing to produce an original birth certificate copy in discovery, his allegations are essentially true. "Wednesday he filed a motion for summary judgment, or a judgment in his favor, as a matter of law, because they essentially admitted those allegations. That from a legal perspective is huge," says Brian Smith, a West Palm Beach attorney ...

Michelle Obama's "comments" allegedly referenced concerns expressed over her husband's move from Hawaii to Indonesia as a child and his life with an Indonesian stepfather, including his attendance at a school where he was involved in Quranic studies.
   African Press International also reported that it asked Michelle Obama to comment on the detention of WND senior investigative reporter Jerome Corsi during his recent visit to Kenya, where he was investigating the presidential candidate's links to controversial strongman Raila Odinga, now serving as prime minister.
   "When API asked Mrs. Obama to comment on why Dr. Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya's prime minister, Mr. Raila Odinga, was involved in Dr. Corsi's arrest, she got irritated and simply told API not to dig [into] that" ...

 Michuki ordered the raid on The Standard newspaper and the KTN television station in March 2006. This action was widely condemned by Kenyan and international press and diplomats. It has been claimed that the Government hired mercenaries to carry out the raid, but the Government has denied it arguing that by definition mercenaries are soldiers who are hired to overthrow a government, not raid media houses. The Kenyan government has confirmed it ordered police to raid the offices of a newspaper and its sister TV station KTN. "The raid was a matter of State Security. When you rattle a snake you must be prepared to be bitten by it." "Internal Security Minister John Michuki said the raids on the Standard group in Nairobi were designed to protect state security" ...

However, Barack Obama's paternal uncle denied any direct relation to Odinga, stating "Odinga's mother came from this area, so it is normal for us to talk about cousins. But he is not a blood relative." Obama's father belonged to the same Luo tribe as Odinga ...
